Private setting close to Clemson University

What a great house and great location. The check-in process was very easy, no issues what so ever. The house was full stocked with items to make your stay seamless. The kitchen had anything you would need to cook, plenty of towels and wash cloths for your bathing needs, and lots of games and books to play and read—there is a great one on the history of Clemaon Football. Communication with host was great, he was very prompt in answering questions. The house is about five minutes from Clemaon, so if you are visiting someone at school, this is a great place to stay. We are hoping to make this our #1 spot when in Clemson.

Wonderful house, wonderful area. In town for a graduation, couldn't be happier with the entire process and stay. The pictures do not do the living area justice. It was lovely we all were very comfortable and enjoyed lovely walks in area parks while we were in town.

Great location! My husband, myself, and our two teen sons greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very welcoming, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, large stocked kitchen, beautiful deck spanning the whole back of the house, split floor plan with master on one side and two bedrooms on the other. Our boys loved that the lake was right across the street and went fishing multiple times during our short stay. The lake and surrounding trees were beautiful and peaceful. We were going to an event at Clemson and the proximity can’t be beat. It was just minutes away. Highly recommend! If we come back to this area, I would definitely check to see if this home was available first.
