Other things to note * We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces. * The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. * This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night. * Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—extra fees and pre-approval apply. * Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking).
