Always well cared for This is the second time we’ve stayed with Emily at her Oceanside bungalow. The place is well appointed and comfortable. Emily is so responsive and easy to work with. Its always a joy to be in SoCal so close to the beach and our family.

A great time This was a great place to stay! It was super centralized to everything we did. Emily was awesome and very friendly. There are beach chairs and an umbrella along with a wagon and so much more that is available to use. My daughter had a great first time at the beach!

Great location and house Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect for our trip. Home was clean and had everything we needed. We really liked the look and feel of the place. Will definitely look at staying here again when we are in the area.

A place for the dogs So grateful for Emily providing us with a place to stay on our travels that accommodated our dogs so well.

Cute bungalow in quiet neighborhood Our family of 5 stayed here over the Fourth of July. The neighborhood is quiet, and the bungalow was super clean, bright, and airy. Plenty of towels and extra toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/trash bags. The two bedrooms are next to each other, which is convenient if you have young ones who get nervous at night. The yard IS PRIVATE. The bungalow sits at the back of the main house, which the owners occupy. There is a gate that separates the outdoor areas, and everything you see in the property photos is reserved for renters. Plenty of seating and room for our 2 midsize-large dogs to run and play. Coast Hwy is a block away with shops, restaurants, and other businesses, including two coffee shops a stone’s throw from the back yard. The only downside we experienced was the closest beach is tide contingent and never really gives enough space to set up and spend the day. Plenty of beaches within a short drive though. If you want to spread out with indoor/outdoor space, this property is a great choice. Would recommend!
