We stay here for the location and the free breakfast included. With food prices at restaurants a family of 4 could save some big change by using the free breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrown patties along with cereal and waffle maker should keep everyone happy. Coffee, water and several juices should quench everyone's thirst. With today's prices it's a great value. The hotel could use some upkeep but overall the value for the buck makes this our go to place in Ocean Shores.

地理位置優越，靠近海邊。現在是雨季大廳包括廚房好幾處在滴水.早餐種類還算豐盛，但是放置吃的地方滴水很影響吃飯的心情，希望下次再去住的時候房子已經休好。房間寬敞，暖氣給力。

I didn't even get to go here. This was on the week of the hotel fire, I messaged them and I still haven't received my refund yet. Don't know if I'll ever get it. If the place is still closed. I had to refund another hotel that ******, before we finally got to a nicer one.

This place is a rip off. I made a reservation and had a change of plans. When I tried to cancel within their policy, they referred me back to the 3rd party booking service. Long story short, they kept bouncing me back and forth, with no response when I emailed them directly until it became too late and they charged me for the overnight stay anyway.

We had a great time here. Our room was one of the ones on the end of the property with a full on view of the beach. It actually has a separate bedroom from the living area. The living room has a pull out sleeper, electric fireplace, tv, breakfast table, sink, coffee machine, microwave and small refrigerator. The bed room is large and has a comfortable king bed, and another tv. You walk through the 8x8 closet to get to the bathroom. The closet only has a simple rack and shelf for coats and hats, but the whole area is useful for boots, luggage etc. The bath was clean and bright. Only thing was the hook on the back of the door was coming off. The breakfast selection was super. Bacon, large hash brown patties, scrambled eggs, link sausages, biscuits and gravy-along with waffles, cereal and toast. Coffee, milk, apple and orange juice to drink. Really can't go wrong staying here.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with wonderful staff and clean rooms, with comfy beds and a little sitting/eating area. The pool and hot tub are popular features, and the breakfast is amazing with full warm options as well as fruit, cereal, yogurt, mini cinnamon rolls and beverages. It’s got a friendly vibe and folks were playing board games in the evenings in the lobby area.

I stayed here in a 3rd (top) floor king-bed suite on the north side closer to the beach side of the hotel with a view out to the beach/ocean from the angled window. The room was spacious and clean. As frequently is the case with places close to the beach, the bathroom was showing some salt air aging here and and there on the metal parts, but everything was clean and otherwise well-maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was more than ample and kept very well-stocked despite the hungry crowds. The bed was comfortable. The provided shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were of nice quality. The free wifi and free parking were nice to have included also. If you want to come relax in a little beach community, stay close to the beach in a place that is clean and even includes a full breakfast in its reasonable rate, then give this place a try! Since I came here for a little break to have some time to walk on the beach and enjoy the fresh ocean air, this was a nice place for me to accomplish those goals without spending tons of money on a fancy hotel room. I would stay here again when I find myself in the area again.

The pool and hot tub were out of service and we were not told until after check in and it was to late to cancel. We were told that they were calling people to let them know and I guess they didn't get to us. Once in the room, we found that there was no WiFi, all I could find on my Laptop, phone and tablet, was the OLD hotel name (Morning Glory). Also in the room all of the hotel information book was the old stuff, Morning Glory binder, letter head ripped with the address at the bottom, all still with the old hotel name. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. You could hear all of the people talking, stomping, arguing, and running in the rooms around us. Worst night ever! The front desk staff was so unprofessional. She had her 3 kids behind the desk, ranging in the ages of 6 to 12. They were just goofing off and playing around. Even the morning staff, it was a woman with her sister as her employee and her 3 kids. 1 age 4, was sitting in one of the chairs of the dining area having a fit, while the pre teen in was sleeping on a couch in the lobby. The older teen was at least helping with cleaning up the dining area.

if you come with low expectations, you won’t · unfortunately, we had lots of issues… I think the hotel is in major need of updating. My window on my room did not lock, and I was on the first floor, the TV did not work, living room curtains, dirty, and the bathroom shower in need of repair. saggy beds, very uncomfortable. The pool area, had major issues as well… From the whole room filling up with steam were you couldn’t even see, lots of hair, and such floating in the pool, where it was icky. The hot tub being completely brown. the junior suites don’t have a hide a bed. just a couch. to top it all off I had a fall and their dining room, and I was told the manager would be in touch and I never heard a thing . if you come with low expectations, you won’t be disappointed….That’s what one of the employees told us. My family has been staying at this hotel for many many years and never had a bad experience until this year…
