Very nice hotel in the middle of the historic downtown, in an old building with modern interior. Elevator and private parking. Very good breakfast. Rooms very clean but relatively small.

We enjoyed the experience at your hotel. It is a great value, the room was well maintained and decorated, and we loved the wonderful breakfast. It had great variety of high quality foods and beverages.

A mixed bag of a hotel. It is a lovely building, very central with nice rooms. We stayed half board and the food is great but the restaurant atmosphere is not. The staff are generally nice people but they are very stressed and off-hand, bordering on rude. We saw a lot of people being treated very poorly and it spoiled the experience. Also be aware that if you stay halfboard, even though you are spending a lot of money with the hotel you are not permitted to eat on the terrace. The rooms were very hot especially as they have a fridge which is like a radiator being on in hot weather. Personally we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Lots of good points, some not so good points, but overall a pleasant stay. The lady greeting us was extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. On the other hand, there was a chap waiting our table for drinks one night who was quite grumpy, could have smiled and been a bit more friendly. We loved the traditional appearance of Alte poste, lovely outdoor bar, flowers and very good breakfast in the morning. The whole place was very clean. The room was quite outdated, and shower panel does not really do a great job in preventing the bathroom from flooding, so a lot of the time our towels were used to mop up. It was also too hot in the summer season, like a sauna at night as no air con. Location was perfect for exploring the area. We would probably return, just not when it's so hot. 😊

The service was charming, and the food was excellent. The breakfast was hearty and delicious with a good selection. And a dinner off the menu was equally satisfying. Great value for the price.
