Big Blue Sky Hotel - All Inclusive

We had a fantastic 7 days here. If you are the type of tourist who searches for little not important negative things in a hotel and then posts them here then you will find this in almost every hotel in the world unless you go 5-star. If, like us, you want a clean bed and bathroom, decent food and friendly staff this hotel is for you. As for the people complaining about the food??? We gained 5 kilos because of the food! There is such a great selection and it's almost all day. The best meal was the doner kebab with handmade tortilla wraps, the same woman made fantastic Turkish bread everyday but I'm a sucker for a doner :)

Thursday the 6th of October checking into my hotel the next morning. Anna had bedbugs in my bed. Told the reception of staff downstairs. They changed my room again. I had bedbugs on my head. The board told the staff didn't seem to be bothered. I would never go back to this hotel again. And this hotel is big blue suite hotel. The food was disgusting

The price is adequate to the quality of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was a little cold but very tasty. I did not have any stomach complaints. I recommend taking running shoes and going for a run along the sea before breakfast. Amazing atmosphere. An added bonus is the free wifi in the hotel. It was so pleasant that I plan to return there next year.

The restaurant is very close to the biggest shopping mall in Alanya, the pool bar with sea and castle views is very nice and entertaining, Hasan Hüseyin, the bartender, is very nice and provides good service. It's a perfect holiday. great fun

Went with my sister and 2 daughters, hotel was clean and food wasn’t too bad somewhat repetitive, sun beds are a nightmare be prepared to be up at 6am to get your towel on a sun bed!! And if you like ice for some reason seems to be like asking for gold only given if asked and one small cube after eye rolling and tuts, only gin wine and vodka allowed on the all inclusive package Haribo the entertainment guy was so lovely spoke to everyone and an asset to the hotel

First impression of the Hotel was...awful! It doesnt look like 4 star hotel at all. -1 Very small rooms, kinda clean ( you can see dust behind bed and furnitures, dirty and loud engine for aircon on the balcony), and obviously charged for Wifi and Safe. -1 Small smimming pool (thankfully we arrived before season properly started so it was not that occupied). -3!!! Pub/small restaurant downstairs which suppose to offer snacks between meals was BELOW 1 star review -on the day of arrival faced 3 type of dishes to choose (overcooked/hard nuggets, some weird pasta and some cooked vegetables - all uneatable) plus some pickled veggies and low quality Gozleme. Never came back there, even for coffee. -1 Local Spirits in all exclusive Bar. Stay away from Gin and Tonic - disgusting! -1 Hotel connection with Cleopatra beach - yes its close, however pub managing its part doesnt care about guest hotel. They are interested only in "outside" customers. Most of the Drinks for hotel guests (soft) were unavailable. -1 Staff barely speaks English (or any other languge then Turkish) Not everything though was bad. +3 Restaurant on the roof. Good food (not many dishes for kids though), great view and lots of sitting space. +1 Staff very friendly (despite lack of language) Overall, if you manage to get there for a low price and using it as a base to spend time elsewhere then its fine.
