Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We had the most wonderful week of vacation in the middle of september. Already at the check in everything went smooth. We stayed in a duplex, which where a perfect solution with two teenage kids. The facilities and standard of the hotel is good, all though you can see the hotel is not completely new. All over the hotel everything is keps nice and clean at all time. The activities towards the day made it irrelevant to leave the hotel. You could easily just stay all day. But it's not the hotel, nor the standard that made the difference, it was the service of a few very dedicated staff members. Especially our evening waiter iRFAN. He gave us a speciel, warm and exclusive service every evning. He made us look forward for dinner every evening and it was always with greetings and speciel treatment as soon as we arrived. We want to thank especially iFRAN for the service and his kindness towards all 4 of us. We also want to thank Yunes, Deniz and Armed. They all gave us a speciel stay and service. They all made us feel home and wish to come back. Greetings from the Danish family

I am about to leave here for the third time, and will be back. It’s one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Irfan in the Restaurant, and his Brother. Also Seyhan in the Pool bar is the best. He remembers all your needs. The Guest relations, Susanne, Nicol and Pascal are the best team I have ever known in a Hotel and are super helpful, and full of advice. The food is great, even for fussy people like me. TheA La Carte Restuarant is great too. The Beach is accessed from a very short tunnel, so no need to cross the road. The whole Hotel is super clean, the cleaners are friendly, and make the floors and the glass shine. I found the bed a little hard for my bad back, but no problem, they put a topper on my mattress. I honestly can’t fault this Hotel. Alanya is in easy reach by Taxi, the trips are great, and they also do a transfer mini bus to Side, my favourite place. We will be back, please keep up this great service.

Nice,clean,perfect for fun and relaxation,very good and kind staff,loads of activities,one week it was not enough, I highly recommend Suleiman and Irem are both very nice staff doing loads of fun shows every night I will love to come back soon
