一個別墅的建築，類似民宿，可以停車，房間有點小，兩個單人床都比較窄，大概1米寬，早餐是房東給準備的簡單早餐，牛奶果汁麪包煎蛋，位置稍偏，周圍沒有什麼吃飯的地方。

Casa Nova is a luxurious, beautiful, and comfortable B&B. The hosts carefully restored the building with incredible attention to detail. The bedroom felt luxurious with very comfortable, high-quality bedding, and a small balcony with a view over the grounds and across Oamaru with the ocean in the distance. I especially loved the high-pressure shower. The hosts, Brenda and Katrina, excel in hosting, as well, making us feel very welcome during our two-night stay and sharing many tips with us for our two days in Oamaru (like many tourists, we were there mainly to see the little blue penguins, and we also got lucky in sighting yellow-eyed penguins at Bushy Beach). With only three guest rooms, the hosts attend to carefully to everyone, and the delicious hot breakfast is fully customized based on each guest's preference. Casa Nova is a lovely accommodation and was a highlight of our trip around the South Island of New Zealand. We highly recommend staying here when in Oamaru.

I booked this over a year ago - a 1 night stay with a friend. Wish it could have been longer. Absolutely loved everything about this boutique hotel - from the wonderful warm welcome of the hosts Katrina and Brenda, to the absolutely divine restoration they have completed. The rooms are all unique and gorgeous - amazingly styled and great attention to details. It felt such a privilege to stay somewhere so special. I'm already thinking about how I can visit again! Thanks for a lovely experience.

Perfection from start to finish.We loved every minute of this place. From the amazing friendly hospitality of Brenda and Katrina to the luxury and comfort of the rooms. We stayed in the oh so comfortable McMullan Chamber light and roomy. And the breakfasts......!

Spent two nights at Casa Nova House with another couple. What a delight it was and our hosts Katrina & Brenda made it even more special with their cheerful helpful service. This building is a beautiful Heritage Listed Hotel and the guest rooms are beautifully decorated and have all modern facilities. The breakfast is lovely and we had dinner in their restaurant which was stunning to say the least. Would recommend it to anyone.
