Newly renovated, open concept home located in the heart of Oak Island between the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, parks and recreation. Everything you need is just up the street. Enjoy your mornings in the sun on the front porch or in the shade in the back on the screened in porch. Rinse off from the beach in the private outdoor shower! Let your pups roam freely in the fenced backyard! Shibumi Shade included with rental!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 3 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This is a non-smoking house. A $250 dollar fee will be assessed for violations.
Trash and recycles go out Monday evening and upon departure..Please leave all things the way you found them. If the house is found dirty and we are assessed an additional cleaning fee, we will send you a bill.,We love our pups. Please keep your fur babies safe. Let them roam the fenced backyard, but please clean up after them. I want to go back and stay again soon!
What an absolutely lovely and convenient home this is! I wish we could have stayed longer. The home is adorable and very nicely laid out. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and fenced back yard. And the location is amazing. You can literally walk to local shops, restaurants, grocery stores. And it was super quiet at night. I can’t wait to book our next stay!

Lovely house and great location
fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and the beach. The house itself was impeccably clean and offered plenty of space, making it a comfortable stay for everyone. One of the highlights was the fenced-in backyard, which was great for our pups to run around safely. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway.
