Rooms were clean though dated. It is next to a national road and when we opened the windows at siesta time after our long walk, as there is no air conditioning, we couldn’t sleep with the constant rattle of trucks messing around outside. Food was very good but beware, no drink is included in the menu except for tap water. Had drinks at the bar at night. They undercharged a round by their own mistake but owner was waiting for me in the morning to tell me I owed him money. He also watches over the breakfast like a hawk so no one takes an extra banana. Made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a decent enough hotel to rest at during the Camino.

We stayed here on our walk to Santiago. It is located c22km from our final destination on the outskirts of a small town. Lovely hotel ( particularly downstairs) with a spacious bar and attached restaurant. There is also an outdoor seating area to the side of the hotel. Room was relatively small, with small bathroom attached. Good towels, hot shower however, We had enquired on checkin whether it would be possible to eat in the restaurant. We were advised we would need to book which we did. It turned out that the entire restaurant was booked out that night. Would have had to walk perhaps a kilometre or two to the town which after walking 34km that day would not be ideal. Food was delicious and perhaps the best meal of our trip. Great starter of Russian salad followed by sirloin steak/ chips. Breakfast the next day was equally good with lovely selection of hot/ cold plates, cereals, breads etc. Overall our favourite hotel during our walk.

I have been on the Camino Primitivo for 17 days and have stayed in many small towns along the way. Amongst the small towns I would say that Hotel O Pino was a favorite. It rained all day and I got to the hotel about 11:30am which was before check in. This didn’t matter to Marcos, the owner. He quickly checked me in so I could get to a room and dry off. I had lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the restaurant and would have to say the service was excellent and the quality of the food was top notch. I would recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone. There’s a good reason why it’s been around since 1965 and Marcos is the third generation managing it. Thank you Marcos and team for a pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night while walking the Camino. I am not one for writing reviews, however I was grateful for my experience with the owner/manager. We had set off in the morning, unbeknownst to me that I had left my phone at the hotel. We had probably made it 15/20 mins up the road when a grey Mercedes pulled up next to me, rolled down the window, and handed me my phone! Very thankful for his kindness.

Our final stop before reaching Santiago. Hotel O'Pino is quite a walk from the town. It is clean and the facilites are good - we used the laundry service which was very reasonably priced and well equipped. Our room was particularly small and the bathroom left you no room to turn around in. It was far too small for two people. We ate in the dinning room (lunch and evening meal) - not really much choice in that as nowhere else to go - we were really pleased with the food. It was well prepared and very tasty.

Stayed for one night while walking the Camino. Our room (Santiago) was cosy, although it did not have air conditioning. The hotel is in a small village with not much nearby so we booked to eat dinner there and it was really good and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was equally good.

Great location, very nice patio and room. Excellent service in the reception as well as the restaurant - very efficient and diligent staff. Great food! Very nice room with a view in the service floor, with the laundry room. Rocking chair and a library - nice pass time.

This hotel is off the beaten track, a kilometre walk to shops and restaurants. No lift, but the staff take your luggage to and from the bedroom. I was pleased, as I was in the attic. Exactly as i requested. Room was absolutely fine, clean and functional. Nice place to sit outside. Don't know about the food standard, as I didn't use the restaurant. All in all, nothing to complain about.

Our group of 7 stayed here for 1 night while walking the Camino. It's nicely located on the Camino, is very old world but also very clean and comfortable. A family run hotel, the food was very good quality with a good selection for breakfast and a nice dinner menu to choose from. A most enjoyable stay.
