FK Resort & Spa

FK Spa Resort holds great potential due to its beautiful location and picturesque surroundings. Having stayed here before, I can say the food and service remain commendable, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant dining experience. However, my recent stay left much to be desired, as the property appears to have taken a step backward in terms of maintenance and guest comfort. The showers in the executive room were broken, with fittings coming off the wall and an unnecessarily complex setup of knobs that didn’t work properly. A simple, functional shower would have been much better. The pillows were uncomfortable, and we noticed hanging electric wires and misplaced sockets in the room, highlighting a lack of attention to detail. It’s clear the hotel needs significant refurbishment to ensure quality and safety, rather than focusing on extensions. To add to the discomfort, a disco located by the hotel gate played loud music until the early hours of the morning. This made it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep, which is the primary expectation when staying at a hotel. While it’s understandable that businesses aim to maximize revenue, compromising guest comfort in this way is counterproductive and could drive loyal customers away. It’s evident that FK Spa Resort requires thoughtful upgrades and a more guest-centric approach. A professional interior designer could breathe new life into the property, ensuring functional and appealing spaces. The house managers also need to focus on attention to detail, prioritizing maintenance and guest experience. This resort has immense potential, but without significant improvements, it’s unlikely I will return. A stay should be restful and enjoyable, not an exercise in enduring discomfort. I hope the management takes this feedback as an opportunity to refine and enhance what could be a truly exceptional destination.

A perfect place to be...l give this hotel 5 stars.The service is excellent..They made sure you lack nothing,kept checking on how we are and if we need anything..The food delicious..the breakfast was a feast to enjoy and took us the whole day..we received water for drinking in the rooms everyday. The rooms well lit.excellent bathrooms,very clean.The beds were warm and comfortable. Indeed a place l will keep coming and would advice travellers to visit.

One of the best hotels I visited this year.Service,ambience, staff,location,rooms,cleanliness, food,swimming pool and the lush gardens and everything on this establishment is top notch.Kudos guys.Guys from the gate to the hotel are cool and kind and very welcoming

I so wanted to like this hotel. I really did. First of all there is no spa so they should really change the name. Second - music is blaring so loud it drives you crazy after a few hours. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you. Third - the food is abysmal. Breakfast was terrible although the cappuccino was good. I had over cooked omelette and sausages that were so over cooked I had trouble chewing. Honestly. The rooms are ok. No AC or fan and we had a lot of mosquitoes in our room. There is also ongoing construction on the site so there is a constant hum of concrete vibrating all day. The pizza is an insult to all Italians and the meatballs were like ball bearings. Am being honest - not trying to me funny. The price is not that much but I am not sure it’s worth the money to stay here. Sorry but people have to know.

10/10 Second time back there,Hotel is by far best in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is great. Staff is friendly. Only downside there were construction during our stay so it did got a bit loud at times.

I saw several people give this hotel a 5 star.. so decided to go there.. am sorry this place is average at best. The food is fabulous, but that's about it. The bathrooms are tiny, no trashcan in the bathroom, actually my room did not have a dustbin. The shower was tepid on all the 5 times I showered. The pillows were horrible and gave me and my colleagues a stiff neck (and no, we didn't share a pillow ) No lotion either. Bathrooms also had no tissue holder, so tissue was placed on the hand basin.. I hope they fix this. The staff are however attentive and kind
