Eagles Nest Camp

Great place to stay around lake Mburo. The tents are excellent, so are the attached bathrooms. Food is very good, the view is spectacular. Stayed there for two nights while touring the lake and visiting its zebras and giraffes. The prizes are fair

The view from your room/tent is one of a kind! You overlook Lake Mburo in its entirety! We went for a boat trip on the lake early morning as we are birders and had 3 very special bird ticks on our bird trip! The tent is on the small size with only space for 1 suitcase on a table, although the shower and bathroom space is nice and spacious. The shower was nice and hot . We were in tent no: C10 and we thought the space between the bathroom and tent could be more private. Food was average to good. No notice or info was given regarding not drinking or brushing your teeth with water in the rooms, also no water was supplied in the rooms. You had to buy water for that, which we thought could be supplied like the other lodges! Overall a nice stay with an exceptional view!

Eagle’s Nest is truly a nest among the clouds with a beautiful scenary! I came with a group of 14 people. The rooms were handed quickly, everything was clean and neat. Food was great. Staff? Very helping and warm. They even sorted a problem of one of my clients: They found a hefty amount of money she left behind by accident. I will definitely come back again! Jennifer-the manager- is truly a gem and she put amazing amount of effort to find the money after a sleepless night of looking for the money in the darkness! I am thankful!

Just when we thought we had stayed in the most incredible places in Uganda we got taken up the steep incline to Eagles Nest! What a place - perched on a hilltop overlooking Mburo National Park. Here we had a Tent rather than a lodge hut - I say a tent - it was double walled and pretty robust - tested by the massive thunderstorm that hit just after we checked in. Quite the experience! It was compact but had all we needed and the bed was super comfy with a big bathroom out the back &a hot shower, also accessible from the veranda outside, so if you were sitting enjoying the view, you didn't have to go through the room. We were facing the sunrise so it was amazing waking up early to get ready for the game drive in the park to watch the sun come up in the misty morning. It was only 5 minutes to the park gate and it was a lovely park to end our holiday with. Food was fantastic quality and the staff really friendly. We couldn't recommend it more.

The property, perched on a high hill, was suprisingly convenient to Lake Mburo National Park. The common area is open to the view, which is spectactular. That;s where we had our meals and relaxed on comfortable couches. Our "glamping" tent also offered a view, and included an en suite bathroom and shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the mix and variety of accomodations on the tour, and was grateful for the addition of this type of property.

The food was good .thanks chef Isaac I highly recommend.eagles nest Is the very good place to stay. Since two weeks on the trip I have never seen a good lpace like that.friendly staff,good food, variety of drinks and good view of lake mburo national park
