Jetwing St Andrew's

木結構的酒店，晚上有小朋友在樓道跑來跑去，吵！最受不了的是，樓上的房間竟然有人在一直挪傢俱

We had a wonderful two nights at Jetwing St Andrews. The room was very clean Food was delicious restaurant service is professional front office staff is very helpful. Housekeeping, kitchen , garden and maintenance staff were friendly and gentle. I like to thank GM Mr. Upul and executive team Pradeep Anandds Waruna Niraj and clive. We enjoyed our stay hope to come back.

Not only beautiful from the outside but the inside gives tasteful old world charm and vibes. We were provided a cup of warm soup on arrival and staff wearing cardigans & grandpa hats… old world charm at its finest. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was exceptional, not only with options, but taste and presentation, it all felt very high level. The inside bar was just gorgeous, roaring fire and nice selection of drinks which were surprisingly cheaper than other hotels. Small surcharge but much less than previous hotels we have stayed in. The bed super comfy, no air con in rooms but this is not needed as your are in high country and the coolest part of Sri Lanka. An in room heater is supplied. Shower water pressure was brilliant and the room was excellently presented. No pool, but again not needed or necessary given the cooler climate. The grounds were stunning to walk around, very old English feels with topiary hedging and flowers galore. I would definitely go back to this hotel, and from our experience will base our future hotels stays within the jetwing brand. Honestly the best hotel we have stayed in over 16 days and multiple hotels/locations in Sri Lanka. We were a party of six people over three rooms, this feedback of a positive experience is resounding of our breakfast conversations from all who stayed.

Staff are welcoming, very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy Slight noise from outside/corridor Ideally located to explore local area, walking distance to a vibrant and bustling town, aquanaut old traditional post office is a must for sending post cards back home. Lots of old traditional British past remains in and around this area

Could not get hot shower but next day ok I loved the garden colourful and well maintained Rusty Gower were most attentive We recommend this hotel to our friends in Australia The decor in our room and the rest of the rooms were perfect to it’s era The floor tiles are the same as mt buffalo in Victoria

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. The staff were all excellent, really looked after us. Really big and comfortable family rooms. The cocktails were particularly good, especially the tea mojito. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
