整體有一些舊了，但是房間還是挺大的，入住效率有低。因為早晨要去徒步，可以提前和酒店説打包早餐。工作人員比較熱情。

到了現場需要加床，前台説不可以，後來還要通過攜程去溝通，等了快一個小時，而且不讓我們先進房間，有點不愉快。早餐品種不算多，整體還行，比較多旅遊團入住

房間很大，傢俱比較簡單。床鋪不是很軟，我就很喜歡這種稍硬的床墊。早餐和晚餐，廚師手藝不錯，比較符合中國胃，晚餐還有駐場歌手。酒店前往霍頓平原也很方便，開車過去，大約45分鐘。

The servive provided by Mr Ruwan and team was excellent .They were very frienfly helpful cater our needs immediately and the food is average We prefer more variety( fruits.meat ) Overall experience was satisfactory Rooms are clean .well arrange with all the amneties

Excellent hotel. Check in and checkout painless and friendly. Large Luxurious rooms. Quick elevator. Fabulous view of hills and green all round. Plenty of power outlets including USB, rare in Sri Lanka. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Bathroom is large and expensively outfitted, but the expensive plumbing has some issues: hand-shower was loose and would not stay in a given position. Double faucets and knobs and levers made taking a bath rather "interesting". Worst part: No warm air in the bathroom and vent open to outside in near-freezing weather!! Heater in room came on intermittently and was effective in our room, but others reported issues (no heat). Buffet b'fast and dinner on 7th floor, huge halls, but only one line of food so that long queues would somewhat mar the experience. They could easily set up 2 or more lines as done at Kerala weddings, and make this far better. Helps that the guests were really nice and cooperative. Staff are super helpful. A La Carte restaurant on 1st floor is a superlative alternative at least for lunch. Super friendly service. Soup was excellent. 1 Margarita pizza + soup is plenty for 2 well-breakfasted people on holiday. Pan style pizza!! Delicious with plenty of cheese. Mr. Mukarram who attended to us, was super. Access to the hotel is via a steep narrow sets of lanes, not very pleasant to walk out, but it is fairly close to the race course, lake and 1km from Victoria Gardens. Plenty of space to park and maneuver at hotel at least for buses.

Fantastic hotel, large rooms and good location ,excellent wifi service and food Highly recommended. Location is good close to city centre on other side just 1 km from Gregory lake. Excellent staff and service, just a five star experience.
