The common facilities show little to no maintenance, which is disappointing. However, the breakfast is good. The room had a noticeable smell, likely from being unoccupied for a long time. On the positive side, all air conditioners were operational and maintained at a comfortable cooling temperature.

This is one of my favourite hotel in Puteri Harbour. The room is spacious with the best view of the harbour. It was a great experience for me to be here again and I was so excited about it. There is so many eateries around the hotel and it’s just a walking distance. I will definitely come back.

Just opposite of da nang beach a lot of seafoods restaurants around the hotel and convenience stores.. receptionist are helpful and breakfast foods are fantastic!

Room is clean and comfortable. Is good for staying. Near the yacht club

Stay one night with family, as resting stop before driving up to north, and it was okay

2nd time here. Reason being of its peaceful yet amazing view and amenities ard the hotel. Room suite are big and price are reasonable e most affordable ard that Prime Area. Friendly staffs there. Breakfast at rooftop with nice view (but limited food choices.) Minimarts, Cafe & lotta Restaurant tat opens till late night (Arabic, Mamak) are avail along the hotel & just across the streets. Night time pop by the Magical Light Damcimg Fountain jus beside the hotel. Parks, Sand playgroundsare jus behind. Hardrock cafe is like 10m.kin drive. Head down to Gem Wellness Spa @ Emeral Bay Clubhouse about 10min drive for an amazing VIP spa like never before. Tale e Couple Package.

My second time here in 2 weeks so what does it say? It means I love this place. Want to give special thanks to the customer service officer Geetha who gave me a pad as my period came earlier than expected. I wanted to pay but she declined. I deducted stars as the body wash wasn’t topped up at all as earlier another officer had told me they lacked staff as it was New Year’s Day… totally forgiveable as I went down to collect 2 small shower gel… Will recommend this place

Its in the center of the city,near to Legoland,bar hopping areas too. We love the room and the breakfast buffet. We had a swimming after our breakfast. We just stayed 1 night but the it was a great stay.

Location is far  from the city, but it’s peaceful & quiet. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to escape the city

The room is very spacious, there is a small kitchen you can bring pots to cook, kids have ample space to play around, good vacation stay for family to relax and gather.

The lift from parking can direct access to the floor of the room which I not comfortable with the securities of it. Others is quite ok. Just don't expect much on the sound proofing

Nice for a short getaway. Sleep in and enjoy a slow breakfast before gg for a jog by the water will make the stay even more memorable.
