The area crowded on weekend, not many shopping mall here accept one big Malay store. Clean & quite room

Secluded and luxurious stay with top class service. Very relaxing and quiet with enormous suite like rooms at affordable price.

hotel was fine just the location is like a ghost town these days .. quite a sad location .. empty shops everywhere

The room was clean and spacious. It provided good value for money. The location is a little quiet and isolated. There are several pubs and restaurants nearby.

As usual we are happy with our stay. Despite the last minute booking, the team still manage to accede to our request for connecting rooms. Thank you!!

Lovely hotel and the apartments are huge. The pool is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the harbour. Some lovely restaurants near with happy hour offers. Very close to legoland too

The staff at the front desk are very helpful. The WiFi at the rooms have definitely improved as there were not much disruptions while working online. The spread for breakfast could be better. Maybe introduce a bit of options for people with allergies. Towel top up at the pool needs to be a bit more efficient. Apparently there is membership for Wyndham group hotels. We have been asking for assistance in becoming members since last year as we stay at Trinidad at least 4 times a year. But till date, no one has been able to assist. However, overall, there is an improvement over the years.

the room is big suited if ordering food outside for complete kitchen utensils and cutlery it is really nice place to staycation recommended area amenities is also ok specially the pool area

Location wise was quite on the rural side of Johor. It took about 30-40mins drive from Johor CIQ to the hotel. There werent much amenities either and at first arrival, it look like you are in some kind of abandon place. Is a ghost town at night. Food options is not alot but there are bars behind the hotel, overlooking the sea. Suggest to grab a bite before heading back if you are not into bar-kind of food/strict dietary -halal. The hotel breakfast is quite limted tho and can't expect much. Nonetheless, staff was friendly and helpful + the room we stayed is clean and comfy which makes our trip not that bad afterall.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. While the location is a bit far from town, it really depends on where you need to go. For my trip, it was still quite convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient, making both check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and had strong air conditioning, which was great for a comfortable stay. One small but thoughtful detail was the carpark security staff saluting us every time we drove in and out, it was a warm and welcoming gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. Would definitely consider staying again :)

Location is a bit far from Bukit Indah, about 30 mins drive to Aeon Bukit Indah Mall but it is quite peaceful. Retail shops are not operating so it gives a dead town vibe but there are restaurants operating just besides the harbour. Very friendly and helpful reception. Hotel guest can park at the hotel carpark FOC. Nice view from the penthouse where breakfast is served

Very good location. The swimming pool scenery is awesome. Spacious room, had a very great sleep.

The common facilities show little to no maintenance, which is disappointing. However, the breakfast is good. The room had a noticeable smell, likely from being unoccupied for a long time. On the positive side, all air conditioners were operational and maintained at a comfortable cooling temperature.
