The unit was very clean, spacious (despite all our 3 luggages and a stroller), has proper and functional appliances, even has a playground set (that my son hanged out in most of the time), and the host is very accommodating and responsive to all my queries.
Location-wise, it's literally just across the mall that's connected to the walkway to Sealife and Legoland. It's perfect!

Convenient to walk to Lego Land. But parking and surroundings are quite badly maintained. Just a place to stay for a few days.

- Good enough for family
- Broadband with Netflix, YouTube
- 24 hours Restaurant near by mall.
Disadvantage
- Fan noisy
- Host sent WhatsApp group link to join from different number.
- Umbrella missing
- Late check out not available.
Good to follow
- Call the host in advance and pay the security deposit to know the mail box number to collect access card details. If not you may need to wait few hours outside the location.

Very very bad, I believe the worse place I’ve stayed. Room was dusty, bedsheet and towel doesn’t seem like they have been washed recently. At the sink, still rice left over. Found many spiders in the room which mean they haven’t clean it for quite sometimes.
Baby keep sneezing, my eyes got itches and watery, husband got rashes …. All due to this dusty room… we booked 2 nights but we got in at almost 10 pm so we couldn’t move to other place. We left once we got up and decided to go to Singapore right away.
Don’t come!
