Only gave us 1 room card due to lack of room cards apparently. Found mould at both rooms' basins. Water drainage is slow at the basins. Lack of food selection for breakfast.

All within my expectations and will consider to second stay

Located at e tranquality location. Chick , young, fresh vibes. Delish Restaurant has delicious tasty meals from Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Big space. Pool,Kids Pool, Gym Pool(1st time seeing it, Fitness corner, prayer Area, Kids play room all well maintained. Room are spacious, clean & comfy with nice unblocked view TV channels were great with many movie. Near Legoland. Friendly staffs & services.

A well known international chain hotel. Superb facilities, clean and spacious room, wide-selection of breakfast menu, and friendly staff. However, location is a little bit further from city centre despite an hourly shuttle bus run to the city. If you plan to visit to legoland or as a medical tourism to Gleneagles, this hotel is really worth to spend your day as the closest proximity

If you plan to go LEGOLAND… a good hotel location which only 5 minutes distance. However if you plan to go Johor Bahru City, not a good location as it take nearly 30 minutes. All at moderate. Room cleanliness ok 👌 Breakfast options limited Swimming pool very clean Just I hate the hotel carpet smell in the room, it have this ‘old carpet smell’

Just a little noisy during the night on weekend outside the main road as there many street racer doing a fly by Overall cozy hotel

Chose this hotel as it was a 15 minutes walk to Legoland, with a very affordable price point as well as breakfast being inclusive. Booked an Executive Suite which was nice and spacious. Full toiletries were provided. Also, staff were very friendly. AEON, a large shopping mall, is a quick drive away via Grab transport.

I love everything about the hotel , the breakfast buffet was really good. They do complementary deco for special occasions and they delivered

The room and environment very clean. The amenities is complete, got provide gym, breakfast, iron, toothbrush. The breakfast got Malay cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine. The cheese is very delicious.

Hotel is very close to Legoland and they provide shuttle service too. Room is spacious as picture shown

very good loved it only small issue was no super mart nearby or grocery store otherwise simple peacefully nice.. breakfast not bad too ! value for money
