This house holds a very speacial place in m heart, welcome to my heart, karibuni
The location of the property is Nungwi Fish Market. The beach is right outside the front door with a lot of smaller shops and restaurants nearby. It is also a place where the local people building boats in the old traditional way by hand. The house has a sunset/sunrise beachfront view.
The property has four floors with a restaurant on the fourth, above that there a rooftop deck, for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a gate right before entering the house, that face the front entrance for security reasons. It is also equipped with security cameras.
The house has only private rooms with their own entrance. They are equipped with a queen size bed and a bathroom each. If needed extra beds could be included. Every room except from two on the lowest floor has a outside space like balcony or patio.
Staff will be there, to make shore to help you in any way to make your stay so wonderful as possible. We will treat you like family so if anything is needed please tell us. We understand english and Zaina the owner of the house speaks swedish too.
Breakfast is included, witch is a mix between English and Tanzanian food. If you would like to eat something else at the same place, feel free to order in our restaurant.

The location of the property is Nungwi Fish Market. The beach is right outside the front door with a lot of smaller shops and restaurants nearby. It is also a place where the local people building boats in the old traditional way by hand. The house has a sunset/sunrise beachfront view.
The property has four floors with a restaurant on the fourth, above that there a rooftop deck, for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a gate right before entering the house, that face the front entrance for security reasons. It is also equipped with security cameras.
The house has only private rooms with their own entrance. They are equipped with a queen size bed and a bathroom each. If needed extra beds could be included. Every room except from two on the lowest floor has a outside space like balcony or patio.
Staff will be there, to make shore to help you in any way to make your stay so wonderful as possible. We will treat you like family so if anything is needed please tell us. We understand english and Zaina the owner of the house speaks swedish too.
Breakfast is included, witch is a mix between English and Tanzanian food. If you would like to eat something else at the same place, feel free to order in our restaurant.

這麼多年來去海外旅遊第一次遇到這麼差的所謂酒店，給我錢白住我都不會住的那種.難以想象的差.首先酒店預留的電話根本打不通，從地圖上也搜不到這個酒店，跟着一個定位走到一個地方，周圍全是垃圾，我們想應該不是這裏，但就是找不到，打電話也沒人接，在中午的酷熱下，伴隨着路上飛揚的塵土，那感覺別提多酸爽了.司機好不容易對着建築的照片找到了地道，我們被帶進一個民房，上到最高層，在hope keeper給我們打開房門的瞬間，我想死的心都有了.房間沒有任何裝修，你敢信嗎？毛坯啊.唯二的傢俱是那種在國內扔到垃圾堆都沒人撿的一個牀頭櫃，還有一張1.5米同樣垃圾的雙人床，上面有一個從垃圾堆裏撿回來的床墊，你沒看錯，撿回來的床墊，那個臟無法形容，沒有床品.到過坦桑的人應該知道當地人那體味的濃烈，這是最最最重要的，裏面的味道你敢呼吸第二口我算你英雄好漢.當時我拿出手機就要拍照，愣是被阻攔不讓拍，説什麼讓我們先湊合住一晚，第二天可以給我們換房間，所謂其他房間和這個比也就是多了床單和被子而已，據我兒子探查到的消息是床單和被罩都是黃的，特噁心. 我們和house keeper要取消，她説她做不了主，得找manager,我説那你和manager打電話現在就確認，結果告訴我説她手機丟了，我説你用我的打，她説她要發郵件，我説那你發，我在這看着你發，她又説她的電腦丟了，總之就是滿嘴謊話. 在此期間她不讓我拍照，我説那我怎麼保留證據來申請退款，她説你可以申請，我又問她我申請了你們能確認嗎，她又説她會和經理溝通，總之一直在那兒顧左右而言他，還好我和攜程客服通了話，把我和house keeper的溝通記錄都錄音了，包括他們不讓我拍照的事情.然後我們毅然離開了那裡了.
後續要感謝攜程，他們在積極幫助我和他們的代理溝通，雖然最後酒店仍然不同意退款，但是攜程還是自己掏錢把費用補償給了我.我以後會逐漸把booking的訂單都轉到攜程來.
另外還要提醒大家一句，非洲旅遊預訂一定要謹慎，除了南非還可以以外，其他國家都一定要謹慎.
桑島風景不錯，但聖誕節人不少，酒店價格好幾倍上漲，關鍵是熱的不想出門
