Gaia Villas

From the outside, it doesn't look like much, due to a rather noisy neighborhood. But as soon as you enter, this place is Z-E-N. An incredible serenity emanates from the vegetation surrounding a central swimming pool. 1000 to 1500 m², that's all, but structured with so much love and patience that it feels much larger. The relaxation here is complete. No lunch or dinner but an excellent breakfast with homemade bread of a quality impossible to find elsewhere. The hostess is welcoming and kind - when my son had an anxiety attack, she naturally offered to take us to the clinic and waited for more than an hour in her car until we came out. Thank you Tania for your hospitality and congratulations again for creating this haven of peace.ged

Relaxing stay in a secure quiet environment. Small number of units Clean, fresh units. Lovely gardens, and pool, The Brest Breakfast on our trip! Hardly to the beach and restaurants, yet off the main tourist drag. Friendly staff - happy to assist with advice Highly recommended 😀

This is a beautiful property in Nungwi. We had a 2 room villa which was big enough for three adults. The host Tania and everyone working at the villas are all super friendly and made our stay special. It is very close to beach and there’s a small pool in the hotel. The garden is heavenly and breakfast is really good. We recommend to everyone to stay at this place

We have been amazed by friendliness, great hospitality and very nice atmosphere in Gaia Villas. The room was big just enough, cleaned every day and it was very quiet. We had there the best breakfasts we ever had in Zanzibar! The selection is very large. We enjoyed how peacefull this place is. It's like a relaxing oasis in Nungwi. You can chill there at the pool, surrounded by many big and green plants and colourful flowers. And this all thanks to hard work and friendly attitude of Tanya, Nirid and the rest of the staff. If we go to Nungwi in future, we will definitely come back to Gaia Villas!

We stayed here in villa 5 which is two rooms. One lovely big double bed with mosquito net and see one room has sofa and sofa/bed. We stayed with our adult daughter (Tanya kindly arranged mosquito net for second bed) This lovely oasis is about 15 min walk from beach down one road (uneven and bumpy so not so good for anybody who may struggle with this) The pool is magnificent Breakfast is wonderful (fresh and minimal waste) unlike big buffet breakfasts. Staff are hard working and all extremely friendly, they want you to be happy and will ask you if any problems and are happy to help with anything. We arranged our pick up from airport with the hotel with no problems at all. Gaia Villas was perfect for us. Simple, clean and a lovely terrace to sit out in. We used Michaels shop across the way for water etc. cannot recommend this Hotel which is separate little villas set in a beautiful garden with pool and sun-beds. Sehr schöne, ruhige, kleine und familiäre Apartment Anlage. Mit einer schönen Grünanlage um den Pool und die Gehwege. Sauberes und sehr geräumiges Apartment. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Strand und viele gute Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
