Excellent value and professional staff who should all be complimented. I have stayed in many Premier Inns with work and the staff here are amongst the best in the Premier Inn network. They are all a credit to the brand. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in the Nuneaton vicinity

We used this Premier inn for a 1 night stay when going to an event at Bedworth Civic Hall. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Our room was a bit smaller than we're used to with this brand and was a bit cramped. However, it was adequate for 1 night. Would consider staying again.

From the moment we arrived we was very warmly welcomed by Sophie what a great start the room was very clean and tidy We went for breakfast and was very surprised to be so kindly greeted by Linda Who catered to our every need the food was was hot and well presented Kelly thank you for your lovely hospitality All in all it was a great experience and we will be more than happy to return Thank you Sophie again The staff are truly hard working

Lovely stay, fantastic clean comfortable rooms Great value for money especially for a weekend stay I came in the hotel before our stay Kelly was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable Can’t thank her enough

A good location and easy to find. There was plenty of space to park and I received a Friendly welcome from Kelly at reception. As always at a Premier Inn, the rooms were clean and tidy and the bedlinen was fresh and comfortable. It's always handy to know that there is an adjacent Beefeater restaurant.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms are very basic and worn. This was a business bookings and I booked 3 rooms, all of us were kept awake by the room thermostat clicking on and off all night and decided on night 2 to turn off the heating, the staff did offer to provide portable heaters. The rooms definitely need refurbishment.

Had a good stay at premier inn Nuneaton, Bennie the lad on reception was friendly. The rooms were really clean and comfy, food at the restaurant was perfect and service was great. Would definitely recommend this premier inn for anyone looking to stay around the area.

We stayed here over the New Year. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, and throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Nuneaton.

Had a night out with work friends so stayed over as was going to Griff just opposite. Very friendly girl on check in. Room nice and warm when got to it, everything there you need for a short stay! Had a free promotion breakfast on offer! Carpark right by the entrance.
