Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Noville, 10 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south-west facing position. Bathing place. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 3 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 26 km, bathing lake "Lac Léman" 20 m. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, sailing school 10 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, cycle lane. Nearby attractions: Aquaparc, Bouveret 11 km, Swiss Vapeur Parc, Bouveret 11 km, Château de Chillon 7 km, Montreux 10 km, Château d'Aigle 15 km, Fondation Pierre Gianadda, Martigny 43 km.
