There were quite a lot of broken things in the apartment, such as window, dust bin, water tap and kitchen is not really well equipt, as they say. All this stuff would by okay finally, it's not that big problem for us. But when you hear your friend screaming from the shower, because one half of heavy glass shower door suddenly fell down up to her and broke to thousand pieces, you realize, that it's not really okay. It was really dangerous, when I saw her leg bleeding. She not even touch the door, there was probably damage on up rail of the door. Our host didn't even care about our friend, she didn't send a roomkeeper, so, we had to clean it on our own. She was acting like it is all our fault and she was really arrogant. Her behaviour was the same the day after, when we wanted to have some drinks down there in restaurant. Finally the last day she came with her colleague to our apartment 50 minutes before we supposed to leave. They were really rude and they loudly knocked on the door screaming something like: "get out now from our apartment, or we call the police" Then they gave us just 10 minutes to get out. We were just in the middle of breakfast not ready to get out in 10 minutes, so we even couldn't clean the apartment up. As a guests who pay and respect host's terms, we deserves better service and totally different communication and behaviour of our host. So choose wisely your apartment in Novi Vinodolski.
