酒店的服務很好，還可以幫忙打印，有24h免費熱水和咖啡等小飲料供應，很適合亞洲人出差，早餐也很好吃選擇挺多，鬆餅很贊，酒店也是新開的，環境很不錯，唯一缺點是離馬路很近，會有一點點吵，但整體還是很不錯的，服務很到位！

房間在美國説來偏小的，但性價比高，新開業房間設施新

新酒店，很乾凈

We arrived at around 9 pm. There was a rather long line of guests checking in. We were all waiting patiently and noticed the line wasn’t moving. Trinity was the only desk agent and she was trying to accommodate 2 ladies. Took a while but the ladies left and Trinity got the line moving again at a steady pace. Thank you Trinity for your patience and outstanding customer service. Rooms nice, but very basic

Raymone Dixon was very very helpful in getting my parents settled in after unexpected delays at the airport. We were very grateful, while dealing with a bad experience at the airport, Raymone turned things into the positive during the visit at the hotel. He is a really good guy, and is good at what he does. My husband, young son and I made a quick 2-day/1 night trip to Detroit to celebrate with our family and reserved a room at the Tru by Hilton in Novi. The state of the accommodations left us very disappointed. We were given a small room that was dusty and a bathroom that was unsanitary and unclean. Complaining would have taken time away from our planned celebration with family given the very limited time we had with our loved ones, so we tolerated our unclean room and bathroom. As we checked out, I asked the front desk representative how often the rooms are inspected, and she said every day. Perhaps, if this is the case, this hotel will have to be a pass going forward unless this was an oversight. I hope the pictures shared below will help guide the inspections and cleaning going forward. Thank you Note: The cot we ordered in advance was not delivered at all.

So I originally booked this hotel and when I arrived everything was clean, I checked in without any issues and shout out to the front desk attendant on shift TY !Kristine for being so patient and understanding for my needs, bc sadly this hotel location didn’t allow you to hook up a laptop or anything to the tv due to not being able to switch the hdmi settings, so she refunded my stay (wasn’t there but for 5 mins) and then talked to the owner who was completely understanding and allowed me to rebook my reservation at another location for the same price ! And I’m super grateful for Kristine going the extra mile just to make sure all my accommodations was met !
