Very friendly, family, old fashion hotel. Very clean and well organised. The room was at the fourth floor, quiet and clean but need renovation. The air-condition equipmentwas not working and very old. The furniture very old but the tv a lot of choices with sky services. The breakfast was very nice, we needed to leave at 7 am and they had prepared all buffets for us. And the most important this hotel is almost at old city center just 10min walk. Also a lot.of choices of restaurants around and parking outside. When they will renovate the rooms it would be the best choice for thw region.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while working at Leonardo Cameri. I found the hotel to be clean and well presented, the breakfast that was offered was fresh with a good variety of food to choose from. The hotel offered a laundry service, which was excellent. The hotel is close to the centre of Novarra so is ideal for walking to many of the cities bars and resturants.

I have had extended stays at the Hotel Europa on multiple occasions. The hotel is convenient to both the train station and the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet excellent and each and every one of the staff warm and friendly. All the staff speak English making communication a breeze. Novara is off the beaten track for most Americans visiting Italy. In my experience it has been a delightful city to visit with the Hotel Europa being a great home base for exploring the city and especially its people. I look forward to my return.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights last week. The hotel is in a good location, near the staion and close to the historic centre where there are some lovely restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was of a high quality with a selection a fresh fruits and pastries. I would recommend this hotel.

I travelled to Novara from Scotland for work at a nearby refinery. We stayed at the Hotel Europa for 3 weeks. We had 18 people stay for work and the hotel was very nice inside, comfortable rooms and a very good selection of food for breakfast. The hotel went over and above in catering to our needs and provided us with lunch packs for work and also took good care of our team members who were working nightshift. The family who run the hotel looked after us very very well and made our stay very confortable. Can’t thank the staff enough for looking after us so well and I highly recommend anyone who stays in Novara to stay in this hotel. The hotel is also a short walk to the city centre where there is everything you need from bars. Restaurants and the main tourist spots. If I ever come back to the area the hotel europa will be my first place to call and I look forward to staying here in the future. Well done to all the family and staff at this amazing hotel.
