Bedsit had blood stain on it and the shower doesn't work.

The worst hotel ever, the room was dusty and smelly. The mattress was totally rubbish. I guessed it’s been using for ages.

When I arrived the hotel looked really nice staff acknowledged myself and my daughter while smoking outside in the entrance. Reception looked lovely. I was given my key that I had to change as it was bent. We walked into the room. The floor did not look like it had been cleaned. We were given 1 pillow each and when I asked the lady did say she would put another 2 in the room. The shower was ok but no privacy as there is no door to close like there is on the toilet that is separated from shower. The vertical blinds that was missing and no curtains to close. The bed well let’s just say it has seen better days the base of the bed has hardboard nailed into the base the duvet on one of the beds was ripped. The draws that are in between the 2 beds let’s just say have never been cleaned. On the door they say they do breakfast but they don’t. I would avoid this place all together. When we left the man was to busy on the phone to ask if everything was ok when we left. Also walls are thin so you can hear everything and people open the fire door to go out which is right outside the room. Avoid I will definitely not be coming back

The bedroom and bathroom had mould. Stained curtains. The bed bases were dirty. Damp patches on the wall. Broken floor tiles in shower room. The hotel needs an overhaul. We did have clean sheets. Friendly man in reception. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but found somewhere else for the second night. Quite grotty. We stayed in room 18. Which was 4 x single beds.

Terrible bed bugs and stains all in room Not worth the £55 for one night wouldn’t have even spent 1p on it The manager is really rude . After complained of bed bugs extra . Wouldn’t stay here ever again the only decent thing about it was the little front room that looked more like a storage cupboard . Couldn’t hold more than 2 people at a time in there .
