I stayed as I was going to a convention just round the corner for the long weekend. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming all weekend and nothing was too much for them. Room was comfy and clean and a good size considering I was by myself and breakfast was really good. The two times I ordered poached eggs were done to perfection! Will happily return :)

Great location in walking distance of the city centre and a tram stop outside. Really friendly and helpful staff. Went during the warm period in April with temperatures of 21degC but the room stayed nice and cool despite the lack of air conditioning. Nights were still a little chilly and the heating warmed the room up nicely. Breakfast was good. Costa in the bar area. Couldn’t ask for more! Would definitely come again!

While in the UK, I always choose Premier Inn, particularly when I travel with kids. Their English breakfast are so good! Now kids eat free not only in the morning but whole day. Premier Inn City Centre has excellent staff: kind, patient, caring and cheerful. No matter of the day time, including at 5am, they are always there for us, the guests. Nicky is fantastic with kids and people of all age. My son spilled over juice and she comforted us it did not mind. The chef brought warm pancakes repeatedly to our table. Beds are comfy and room very quite. My mom likes it here very much, too.

Great staff made the stay. Came to visit our daughter and everything was very easy on our arrival. Special mention to Pat, Ray and Rams. Great location and good quality breakfast to set us up for the day. Nice big clean room and a comfy nights sleep.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and I will definitely be coming to this hotel next time because the rooms were great and near the trams so perfect to get to where I needed to go and breakfast was awesome (I mean come on it's a full English where can you go wrong hope this bit doesn't sound bad 😊). but again thank you for the accommodation.

This hotel is an excellent location, the tram stop is pretty much outside. The hotel is always clean. Staff are always friendly and only a few minutes walk from both rescue rooms and rock city we stay here several times a year. we’ve never had any problems here and the staff have always been very helpful when we’ve needed anything. Thank you,

Reece, on the night reception desk when I checked in, was really kind, helpful and accommodating. I was able to catch the kitchen before it closed to have my two course dinner meal deal included in the rate. The steak was cooked spot on to my liking and was sumptuous. The chocolate brownie dessert was also lovely. The lady waitressing that night in the restaurant was lovely and helpful. Bed and room were really comfortable. The English breakfast the next morning was hot, fresh and had lots of variety. I really recommend and will be back.
