Sikelia Suites

If you’re looking for an authentic Sicilian experience, I highly recommend Sikelia — not only for its excellent facilities, all recently renovated, and great location, but also for Alessandra’s attention to every detail. Our stay was a dream. Alessandra and her husband were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place is nicely updated with great products, the bed is comfy, and the location is perfect. There are not a lot of high end hotel options in Noto, but this one has everything you need. Breakfast is fantastic as well. Highly recommended!

For those of you who want to understand the Italian concept of La Bella Figura (the beautiful life), a great place to start is with a stay at Sikelia Suites in the beautiful Baroque town of Noto. No detail is too small for Alessandra, the creator and host, from the warm welcome on check in, to the elegant serenity of the rooms (all designed by Alessandra), complete with premium Sicilian toiletries, to the delicious breakfasts comprised of home-made and locally sourced ingredients. Alessandra has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local area and can recommend day trips, restaurants and off-the-beaten-track experiences and is happy to share these over breakfast as she prepares your freshly squeezed juice and exceptional coffee. The beds are comfortable, there is air conditioning/heating and a fridge in the room, and of course all the little details that mean so much on holiday such as bathrobes, plenty of towels, a hairdryer and slippers. The showers are warm and powerful and rooms spotlessly clean. The centre of town is a short walk away down the iconic painted steps - close enough to be easily accessible, but enough of a lovely walk to justify eating an enormous dinner at one of the outstanding local restaurants (ask Alessandra for recommendations!). Treat yourself to a stay at Sikelia Suites, I guarantee you will be glad you did.

This property is comprised of 4 suites which makes it an intimate experience. The level of service is truly exceptional. The architect-designed suites have a simple elegance with luxury finishes, linens, and towels. The bathrooms are extremely beautiful, tiled throughout with the golden local stone. Breakfast is a very well-done Sicilian experience. Very highly recommended.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived at Sikelia and Alessandra’s warm welcome . The palazzo has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, modern and stylish while retaining historic touches, with consideration given to making guests as comfortable as possible. The suite is spacious and luxurious. Locally-sourced and traditional products are provided for the delicious breakfast. Alessandra and Giuseppe are gracious hosts and helpful with providing information on Noto and the surrounding area. The lovely old town of Noto is just outside the door and it’s a delight to wander the streets. A perfect stay!

A wonderful, quiet and luxurious location to stay at while visiting beautiful Noto. I can't say enough about this lovely place. Alessandra is a fabulous host and we felt so welcomed. Breakfast was spectacular. The location was perfect too, every part of Noto is in walking distance. Alessandra's recommended restaurants were a real gem!
