Plus - The hotel itself is very nice with magnificent views of the sea and a swimming pool. Minus - Swimming pool needs cleaning as the inner walls have accumulated lots of black moss/damp. SORT THE KITCHEN OUT AS IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO PAY 60,000 Ar for a small bowl of Romazava. It feels like staff are robbing hotel clients for them to eat. When I queried this, the lady on reception did not care at all and did not find it strange that a dish sold in most restaurants at around the 20k mark is charged at 60k. Daylight robbery and left a sour taste in the mouth. Will not go back these.

This is the fanciest place I have been in 7 weeks in Madagascar! The rooms are extremely big and nice with a fantastic atmosphere. The view is stunning as you see a bit of land and the ocean. The service is really friendly and they help a lot. You get your food on your very spacious balcony and the food is very tasty. The pool is very refreshing and gives a good view as well over the ocean as well. The only thing that was a shame is that there is not really a common room or bar, but for the rest this is an amazing hotel on Nosy Be.

Superbe Hotel face à la mer, un accueil parfait,un personnel dune rare gentillesse,le restaurant a une carte simple mais succulente les chambres sont toutes climatisées, wifi partout, un service top niveau et des prix très très doux. Un 10 sur 10 pour eux.

Hôtel avec chambres spacieuses (sans moustiquaires) et belle terrasse avec jolie vue... En revanche un repas sur place avarié m'a coûté une nuit aux toilettes,canal sat ne fonctionnait pas (carte non rechargée) pendant une journée et très bruyant si vos avez des enfants qui courent de partout à l'étage comme c'était le cas après une nuit blanche Ici plus que la satisfaction client ce qui importe c'est le règlement (en espèces dr préférence!) , dès votre arrivée on vous présente la facture et vous avez également une fiche avec mentions en rouge soulignées vos rappelant que votre payement doit être positionné sur le compte avant votre départ (cf photo). Qd a vos désagréments on s'en fiche et on vous offre même pas le coca (oublié sur la facture) consommé pour calmer vos maux!!

Ottima posizione, vista bellissima con grande balcone nella suite per una vista fantastica con tramonti eccezionali,colazione abbondante e personale cordiale, stanza pulitissima, ben curata e molto silenziosa immersa nel verde...
