The French Partridge,

We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending the Moto GP at Silverstone & were glad we chose this hotel. Set in a great location with a large car park. We found the room to be clean & well appointed with everything you could need including a fridge. Breakfast was freshly cooked & very good. We ate in the restaurant each night & were impressed by the choice & quality of food. All of the staff were really welcoming & friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We went to celebrate our anniversary with a lovely lunch out! Service, food & overall restaurant was fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble. We weren’t rushed, which is a big positive for us. My husband had the duck breast which was cooked to perfection. I chose the lamb cutlets,which were juicy, tasty & I didn’t want them to end 🤭 For starters I chose the scallops which were amazing, as were the calamari. To finish, which was a struggle! We both chose the strawberry Prosecco cheesecake which didn’t disappoint. All in all an overall fabulous experience which we look forward to having again & sharing with friends in the near future.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location extremely peaceful. Breakfast was varied and substantial. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing and the staff couldn't do enough for you. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Spent the night the room was so clean and comfy. Had a roman bath experience in the morning and as we were checking out they made us coffee to say goodbye. Will definitely be coming back soon.

A really welcoming, quirky, interesting restaurant. The waiters could not do enough for us in a very laid back way, which suited a leisurely Saturday lunch. Service and food was a little ‘Fawlty Towers’ but in a hugely affectionate way. Having said that, a Lebanese selection was a real positive! This will be a lunch we will remember and far superior to eating at a regular chain pub/restaurant. A beautiful setting! I will even go out of my way to return.

A beautiful place in Horton. Only stayed one night . The hotel on entrance had no one at reception. When someone did arrive was rushed to fill in forms and quickly rushed to our room . The room itself was clean with adequate storage probably far too much for the size of the room which was situated on top floor . The heat of the room was unbearable . The bathroom was a good size and extremely clean . The bedroom was far too overcrowded with too much furniture. The bed was definitely not a double which did not help sleeping with two people in it . We was offered a valentines meal but unfortunately the restaurant was booked was told so was situated in the bar area with what I can describe as let's just throw a few tables by the wall . The restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of space . The food was beautiful. A good amount and perfectly cooked and a very good price for valentines night . This hotel offers a spa treatments which I never sampled as we booked in at 5pm and left at 7.30am . We was never offered breakfast and only found this was avaible by a poster in the room . The overall hotel is lovely . The staff were lovely and the food was amazing but overall I would not rush to return.
