Travelodge - Northampton Upton Way

lovely stay would come again and will at reception was so great. he helped me sort out the wifi issues i was having which was a big help with my meeting that day. the bed was made perfectly and there was no issues. housekeeping obviously did a great job and they definitely know what they are doing!

One night stay, immaculately clean room, just the job, complements to the housekeeping team! Shower fine, if a little low on pressure, towels clean-smelling and large! Next to a petrol station and Popeyes, lots of other eateries close by.

My Mum, myself and our dogs stayed at Upton Way Travelodge for a long time from 7th July 2024 to 20th February 2025. Due to house fire. The staff at this hotel were absolutely brilliant. They were so very helpful and kind from the moment we arrived. We cannot fault the staff or hotel. The manager Iwona and supervisor Kayleigh are amazing superb they were so lovely to us. My Mum is over 70 and I am in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble they were amazing. We cannot praise them enough. We highly recommend the staff and this hotel. We do hope they get the recognition they absolutely deserve. We are so very thankful to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and for all their kindness.

Thank you for providing me with a comfortable night's stay. The room (& bathroom area) was spotless, and the all the facilities & accessories available were fully functional . . The next time, I think I will give 'Breakfast to Go' a miss . . Underwhelmed with contents of the box. Thanks again . . .
