Location is good, easy to move around. Next to shopping mall. Easy access to airport. Room abit small. Breakfast not much variety.

Decent hotel with basic amenities.. Next to mall so it's very convenient. But bit old so the hotel room reek a mouldy smell. Bedsheets not the purest white but for a short stay it's fine.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.

The shower head with issue, told staff to fix , they did adjust a bit, but doesn’t use, the part has issue aldy.

Friendly staff Fast check in Fast chek out Acceptable breakfast Out of 4 lifts, only 1 is working that will bring you to the hotel lobby. Perhaps to activate the rest of the lifts?

The room is spacious and comfortable The aircon was not that cold but manageable, the breakfast foods were amazing and the staffs are very friendly. The check in and check out processes were quick

Need to have a smoking free floor as some guest smoke in their room whereby the cigarette smoke all over the place . Sometime even can go through my room . Very bad .
