Stayed at ibis Styles Jakarta Mangga Dua Square recently and honestly had a pretty good experience! Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the main city centre, but it’s close to Ancol and PIK. I actually felt like it was right in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go. Because of the traffic, it usually took me about 40–50 minutes to get around, but getting to Ancol was super quick — only about 15–20 minutes. Breakfast was really good too — lots of choices and everything tasted great! Plus, it’s super easy to find food around the hotel since there are plenty of food stalls and shops nearby. The room was nice and definitely worth what I paid. The bed and pillows were sooo comfy — I slept really well! The only thing is the shower/toilet area was a bit small, but honestly, not a big deal. The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. Another cool thing: you can book an in-room massage! The therapist is from Alaya Spa and the price was really affordable. Overall, really happy with my stay and would definitely come back!

Chose this hotel due to its location to the nearby Ancol. We had a comfortable 2 nights stay here. Buffet breakfast spread was pleasantly nice.

Overall is good, but kinda confusing to find the lobby at the first time, since it is inside shooping area, the sign needs to be added more i guess.

Fast, promptly and excellent staff. Will always be here next time. Hotel inside the mall and near with everythg needed. Upgraded to novotel and so convenient and helpful receptionist guy ( Ibis) when we arrive at night time and telling us softly and politely about the changes and escorting us until to novotel. So sad for his name. we arrive aroud 8 to 9pm.

hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, location is excellent. The hotel facility is old, the walkway floor is sinking and not even. the basin plug is missing, shower head leaking, water is weak.
