I booked my stay for couple of days in their beautiful room named Manali. Room was beautiful , clean and tidy. Property is located right at the beach in front of sea that gives perfect view of sunrise and sunset. Owner named ayush is very polite and kind. Food is delicious and prices are normal. If anyone is planning to visit arambol , this will be must to go place.

My stay at 12 Monks Goa, under the management of Ayush, was disheartening, marked by a series of disappointments and an unsettling atmosphere. Despite pre-paying for an extra mattress, it was not provided upon arrival, and efforts to address the issue with Ayush and the unprofessional staff were met with indifference. Their threatening behavior, at times reminiscent of goons rather than hospitality professionals, created an environment of discomfort and fear. Additionally, the presence of half-naked men in mixed dormitories made the stay particularly uncomfortable for female travelers. The absence of access to Ayush, the property manager, after 9 pm left guests without a reliable point of contact during nighttime hours. 12 Monks Goa failed to meet basic standards of professionalism and customer service, making it a regrettable choice for any traveler.
