Excellent as always and the staff are a pleasure to meet. The hotel is perfectly located for visiting the surrounding area and now the new footpath is completed, access to the Roundswell Estate is so much easier on foot for those early mortals with the dogs. See you again next year 🙂

An easy location with food easy to get within 200 yds maximum. Also shops nearby The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is a good base to tour from the beautiful Devon Coast and Country Area.

The hotel and the room were clean and tidy and were well maintained. Excellent facilities and plenty of clean towels added to the comfort. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking was a very important feature for us. All in all a very pleasant short stay.

From the moment we arrived the staff were efficient, welcoming and informative. The room was light and airy, really clean everywhere and the bed was truly comfortable. We had extra pillows which is a bonus for us. The only downside was the WiFi which was not good at all and I will never understand why there is only one chair in hotel bedrooms but I would really recommend a stay here in the travel lodge, which was reasonably priced too

Very friendly and helpful staff, and a great value room for the night. There was a great fish and chip restaurant nearby, plus lots of options for breakfast across the road. If you want a great value place to stay and you don’t need all the frills, this is the place to stay!

Very convenient location, next to a garage and kentucky fried chicken. Only 7 minutes drive from my friends house

I could not fault this hotel, even if I tried. The door keys didn't always work; had to try a few times before it would let you through the door, that's the only thing that wasn't perfect.

We stayed in May while walking the South West Coast Path. Comfortable bed, clean room and a good night's sleep. Despite being near a road, there wasn't much background noise and it felt peaceful. Staff were friendly and willing to help. Great value for money and will stay again.
