Conveniently located off the interstate with all kinds of restaurants that you can walk to if you want the rooms were clean, and the whole area was quiet It’s not far from attractions like the Civic Arena or Laurel Lake or that racetrack and ******** room

Rooms a/c smelled like mildew, frozen dinner left in mini freg. from other recent guest. We could not wait to get out of there next morning

I live in hotels everynight so I can reliably compare them. This hotel is old but well maintained. The desk and service employees try their very best but the age of the property suffers. But the price was good for my five nights. The hotel is definitley Not for ADA and all luggage but be carried in by hand. Most of the guests seem to be older, longer term, and not the tourist types. There is no elevator and the three floors are split level so one must always go up or down at least one flight of stairs. My only complaints were the air conditioner was inaccurate, the window leaked during the rain, the TV was bulky, and the area is noisy. Be aware the AT&T cell signal is weak here. Hidden behind a Pilot truck stop with limited access, it is currently surrounded by heavy highway construction on a major highway.

Was in town to watch our granddaughter's cheer competition. No one got any sleep. Bathroom was dirty towels were stained. Hair dryer didn't work. Sink clogged. Other patrons were trying to get in our room all night with their key cards and knocking on the door. No hot water. The list goes on.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, fruit, or yogurt. They had orange or apple juice and coffee as well. Really nice stay!

Debra was so polite and sweet. I stayed with my kids overnight while on a trip. The room was clean and tidy. We all slept well and felt safe. The staff is very nice. Would definitely recommend. Would stay here again if I happen to pass by this area again.
