I like this hotel because near the Summarecon Mall. I can get everything, shopping and dining under one roof. Eventhough the hotel is slightly old, needs some touch-up, the curtain is badly soiled, water puddle in the shower area after showers but the house keeping staff tried their best to keep the room clean & tidy. Bathroom amenities is reduced to what we need only and the hotel use refills-able glass bottles instead plastic one for the complimentary drinking water.

Great experience during my family stay in this hotel, perfect location, service excellent, everone happy at gym and pool area, only food need to be added more varities. Over all, highly recommended!

The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed ensuite bathroom.

Extension of last stay. It was a pretty good experience here. The only suggestion I'll recommend is maybe get better lightings in room for work. I even had the table lamp on but still seems insufficient.

Great location. Its connected to a mall, easy to get food, amenities, shop, etc. Room is clean, n presentable. Overall, its a good place to stay.

Plastic sleeper provided very uncomfortable. Glassed bottled water provided are relatively small in quantity. Convenient for local shopping as it is connected to the shopping mall. Not local map provided for tourist.

Excellent location. Hotel is part of the high end shopping mall. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay again the next visit.

For those who want to stay in Bekasi, it is highly recommended for you to book Harris Hotel & Conventions Bekasi:- 1. Location : Strategic nearby a lot of facilities: Al-Azhar Mosque, Summarecon Mall, and definitely the surrounding environment was fantastic. 2. Staff: friendly, good, polite, awesome such as: Citra, Dida, and Murti. 3. Foods & Beverages: ************* Awesome..Variety of foods and juice, traditional, western, sushi, asian foods and most of the meals or foods match with all level: teenager, children, adult and off course it is Delicious. 4. Rooms: So clean, accommodations are great!
