This little place was absolutely beautiful and the lively couple were amazing and ver friendly they both made our stay perfect and went above and beyond for us the whole aesthetic of the pms d so warm and cozy with a beautiful cooked breakfast with local fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend staying here we stayed as a last minute booking when we went to the races and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay thanks so much both of you from Rach, Rebecca and leanne

I booked a 2 night break here within 3 weeks of going and paid in full. Unfortunately 3 days later my husband suffered a medical emergency. The following day I emailed the proprietor, explaining the situation and requesting a postponement of the weekend away booked, to some time between October and December. I received no answer to that request but instead a Confirmation of Cancellation. Shocked, I rang and spoke to the proprietor but he wouldn't budge.

We stayed at this fantastic B&B whilst attending an event at the Lincoln Showground. Tony and his daughter were a fantastic hosts and made us both feel very welcome, Tony managed, without fuss, to overcome a slight hitch with me booking the wrong day! The location of the Old Posthouse is great, nice and quiet, the facilities available are top notch and to top it all the breakfast is high quality. This establishment is what a well run, quality B&B's is all about, thank you to the hosts for making our stay a very pleasant experience.

We stayed here this weekend for 2 nights whilst at a wedding at the Hackthorn estate. Wow, what a place. Everything from the minute we got there was perfect. The room was lovely and the homemade lemon drizzle cake on arrival was a really nice touch. Breakfast was incredible with so many options and the local produce used was amazing! Tony and Julia were the most amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We stayed here recently on our way home to Yorkshire. Everything was excellent, bedroom well finished with a superb walk-in shower. Breakfast really good with plenty of choice. Tony and Julia were very good hosts and went out of their way to make you welcome.

The comfiest, tidiest most special little find . The hosts are attentive without being intrusive , and really friendly . The food is amazing topped off with home made jams and marmalade . Bath robes and homemade cake topped off a lovely stay .

Always a warm welcome. Lovely quiet location. The room is very clean and the toiletries a high standard. There’s freshly made and tasty cake and a good variety of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The fresh milk from the fridge is a welcome touch. There are good restaurants nearby, with helpful recommendations. I believe they will soon be providing evening meals. The bed is so comfortable I slightly overslept! The breakfast menu is a great choice, locally sourced and freshly made: delicious. Sets you up well for the day. Overall. highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place to stay with fabulous hosts, then this is the place for you! Lovely room with fantastic walk in shower, fluffy towels and a wonderful breakfast, freshly made to order. Huge choice of mouth watering options and an amazing choice of coffee, tea and so much more. We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting dear friends who live in the village. Just wish we could have stayed longer so we could have worked our way through the breakfast options and the amazing home made jams and marmalades. Safe secure parking and a beautiful garden to sit in. Tony and Julia are the consummate hosts and must be congratulated on their ability to create a home from home for their guests. Hope to return in the future. Highly recommend this B& B.

My second visit to this wonderful B&B my wife's first, again a warm welcome fromTony and Julia. Very clean everywhere, the room and bed were very comfortable with an excellant shower. Breakfast was delicious with wide choice of hot or cold food plus tead, coffee and juice. Would highly recommend.
