Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Peachtree Corners/Norcross

My stay was horrible I received a voucher from the Norcross co op program I asked the lady who gave me the voucher and she also called and told them that I needed a first floor room only to get there and not get the guy was beyond rude I work in the hospitality industry as well and it cost you nothing to be nice to someone, the water pressure in the sink was too high I turned on the water and it went everywhere, I asked numerous times for a remote control never received it. All in all you need some nicer people in your front office

You pretty much get what you pay for honestly. The place is in a decent location, close to shopping centers a mall and many restaurant so that's a plus. The staff all seem to be friendly and helpful for the most part. I'd obviously recommend it if you're needing a place to sleep and get some RnR. I'll be staying here again most definitely.

Great attention and cozy rooms!! They were clean and it was a quite atmosphere. The price was a steal and it’s great if you’re coming for business, it’s location it’s pretty much near all the most used/transited highways and you also have a lot of food places around

I honestly loved my stay. The place is very quiet and the rooms are super clean. The staff is very friendly would come back again! Bathroom is also nice as well very spacious and very safe! I would recommend to anyone to come here 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed at the Days Inn for about two weeks because of work and the family came down to visit. Had an amazing day. The pool is heated. Was absolutely perfect for my children. The rooms are gorgeous super clean never had any issues. The area is perfect for a foodie. Took my wife to five different restaurant, ranging from Korean food to Jamaican food to a high-end hamburgers.

I foolishly paid for a week's stay online and then arrived to find an frighteningly empty lobby with an oversized tablet at the "check-in" desk. The person in the videoscreen allowed me to see the room and a guy appeared and took me back to have a look. To be generous, the ambiance was military-warehouse with a double bed occupying 90% of the room and a tv on a dilapidated particle board box inches from the foot of the bed. I found another place to stay without missing a beat. But then, the hotel wouldn't give me a refund because I hadn't checked out. So, I went to the hotel again to check out and they prohibited my checking out OR checking in. They flat out refused to check me in or out in spite of my standing right there, and they had never given me a key so I had no access to the room at all. Still, they blamed me for their refusal to give me a refund because I didn't check out (they hadn't allowed that). I couldn't check in, and I couldn't check out, and they were just going to keep all the money I'd paid for the week's stay. That's the place. Expect the worst.

Employee Bruce not aware of policy/procedures. Will lie about management where about and not customer service oriented. I needed to speak with the manager but never could. I would never stay at a Days Inn due to this horrible experience.

Peter made check-in super easy and efficient with the kiosk. Some of the rooms weren’t quite ready and I ended up getting an upgrade to suite at no additional cost. I would entertain staying again. Very closely located to the curiosity lab and various other locations I intended to visit on my business trip. Great staff and vey accommodating.
