Comfort Inn & Suites Peachtree Corners

The room was booked through the company I work for. It was ok but needs to be updated. The couch sank in the middle and the bed was a spring not a memory foam. It was large and had separate rooms. I don't go out to eat because I didn't know the area. I had Domino's delivered. The elevator had missing tile on the floor. Also the breakfast was skimpy.

The beds are super cozy and comfortable for the season! The breakfast was nice and fresh! The hotel was conveniently located to lots to do in Atlanta and add in affordability and I couldn’t say no! Would come again!

I had a reservation. They did not have a record of it. i was told they had sold out of the type of room i reserved. I think that's why they cancelled the reservation. It cost me $15.00 plus taxes per nite for my stay. I was not impressed with this. Be very careful when making a reservation, if they sell it before you get there, you are just outa luck.

Surprisingly nice stay. I was apprehensive based on reviews but it was pleasant. Good: Room smelled great and had a nice scent Carpet and furniture looked clean. The bathroom was nice. Had good counter space and large mirror. Water was hot. Breakfast was decent. For our weekend it was the same food every day: bacon, sausage, egg & cheese omelet, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereals, bread and prepackaged pastries. Quiet location overall and convenient amenities around it. Pillows were soft and comfy. So was the bed. Bad: Shower head blew off when we used the shower. Tried to put it back on but the o-ring was split and wouldn’t hold. Seemed to be happening frequently based on the front desk comments. Door key was finicky. “Loud” hotel rooms. We were on an upper floor but you can tell the lower floors has little sound deadening and anything upstairs would carry. Any sort of heavy walking would be heard below. So if you’re worried about it try to get a 3rd floor room. You could hear showers around you. Elevator panel was not closed. It was held in place by a piece of folded paper to wedge it closed. Also creaked and made a lot of noise. Made me think it could fall at any second. Coupled with the control panel there was some concern.

The front desk clerk on the morning shift isn’t friendly at all, I was accompanying a guest and there was no greeting at all. She acted as if she didn’t even want to be at work. Customer Service at the Front desk is a major part of your job at a hotel. Besides the hotel being fairly old but renovated is ok. It seems more like an extended stay.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night on the way back home from visiting family. This hotel is in serious need of an overhaul. Our room was in poor condition. Refrigerator door would not close due to ice buildup. Dead bug on the bed. One telephone missing and the other did not work. Manager moved us to another room where we turned on old microwave which sparked and smoked. We had to unplug before it caught fire. Furniture was scratched and had a threadbare sofa. The only ice machine was hard to find on the first floor inside the guest laundry room (filthy) next to a washer and dryer and garbage cans. We were charged $118.00 for this room after we had to complain multiple times. Not worth the money we were charged.

In defense of this hotel and staff in light of a number of negative reviews, we observed none of what others reviewed negatively. All staff was attentive and courteous to us and everyone else we saw who came through. Accommodations were on par with any other Comfort Inn we've stayed at. We had no trouble. We were taken care of. Things were neat and tidy. Location is convenient, and the area seemed secure. The grounds are well maintained and very well lighted. I wouldn't hesitate to have my family stay here again.

Would rate it 3.5 since staff were very friendly, especially Amy at the front desk. She recommended some great restaurants during our stay. Property color scheme is very dark but everything was clean. Wifi speed was less than 10 megabytes down so very disappointed in that. Device for saving water during toilet flush required multiple flushes for a BM so we started using a trash can to add additional water to completely flush. Microwave and refrigerator in our King suite. No safes in the rooms...there may have been one at the front desk but not sure. Make-your-own waffles, packaged pastries, breakfast sandwiches, cereals, milk, juice, coffee yogurt, fresh fruit for breakfast.

Clean, quiet hotel in the Atlanta area. We stayed there over night on the way to and from Florida for a spring break trip. The night manager was friendly and remembered us. The rooms were very clean, and nice looking. In fact- one night we arrived to the manager cleaning and moping the common area floors and elevators. I was impressed- esp during covid. A few of the places we have stayed at recently could have used a bit more attention to detail in the common areas. But this place was very clean. Nice to see. I would recommend it if you are in the area. It was located close to lots of fast food and a Publix- so very convenient.
