Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas

Great for families. We had 4 adults and 3 children and 3 bedroom was perfect. The amenities also make it great for families wanting to cook at the apartment. You can walk to Hastings street, Noosa national park hike and Noosa beach. We had a wonderful time as a family. Would recommend for families wanting to stay comfortably. Will come back again.

Incredible! Such lovely staff. The view from breakfast was immaculate, will be back soon. Food was also excellent!

We were upgraded to a four bedroom villa and it was a very large, comfortable and well appointed villa. Peppers is located in a quieter part of Noosa but it is an easy walk down the hill to the beach. There is a golf buggy service on offer but we didn't use it because the walk was easy.

**Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price** We stayed for five nights in a one-bedroom unit at Peppers Noosa Resort, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The rollaway bed was simply horrible — the mattress had worn down to the point where I could feel the iron rod beneath it. After an uncomfortable night, I ended up switching to the couch just to get some sleep. Additionally, the room’s cleanliness was appalling upon check-in (refer to attached photos). It seemed like the shelves hadn’t been wiped down in a year, as there was a thick layer of greasy dirt on the top shelf. I raised this issue with reception, but nothing was done during our stay, which was very disappointing. For the price we paid, I expected far better. There are plenty of other options in Noosa that offer better value for money, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here. ---

This beautiful, tropical setting, lovely, friendly staff and spacious villas and apartments make it a perfect location for a Noosa stay. Easy walk or buggy ride to Hastings street and walk to Noosa Heads. Park & Cove Restaurant offer delicious meals, two pools and on-site parking. Perfect

The resort is in a fantastic location with great access to the park, trails, the beach, and Hastings street. We love it at Peppers. The resort has great pools. The shuttle service to Hastings street is really convenient and very helpful for anyone with mobility issues.

Rooms were smelly and dusty it had a mouldy smell. which was a shame as it is a lovely looking resort. That was a tree top villa when I complained they gave us another villa 2 doors down which they put diffusers in . it was not as bad smelling as first but the housekeeping wasn’t good . one girl staff memberssaid rooms had been closed up for a few days. We had to sleep with sliding doors and windows open The assistant manager said it should have been cleaned the day we moved in as rooms were booked up. One bedroom had a spider web on bed head with 2 creamy coloured spiders which freaked out our 4 year old so he wouldn’t sleep in there. I went to turn bedside light on and the plug was filthy and inside the lamp was disgusting. Bathroom floor ledges were dirty and fluff on carpets. Staff were lovely. and i guess tried to be helpful as it was school holidays but I didn’t go to stay to have to clean . They said they were cleaning another unit next morning and we could look at it but rang in afternoon then rang later to say they didn’t get time to do it As we had 2 little ones one who has an allergy to dust mites it was a very unsettling weekend. Resort so close to hasting street which was why we chose to stay and we had relatives over . When we left i Suggested they do a good spring clean of units especially for the money we paid per night. So it was very disappointing and not as good an experience as we had hoped they did offer us a complimentary breakfast which was nice. The assistant manager was very apologetic and sympathetic which was good. The staff were polite .
