Where do I begin, firstly we arrived eager for our 7 night stay in apartment 4 which was newly renovated only to find out we were placed in the wrong apartment which was incredibly dated, moldy and filthy overall. When we complained we were given a small portion of our fees back but no effort was made to place us in the correct room. From the mould ridden bathrooms, to the yellow stained doonas, to the hot water tank in the wardrobe of a bedroom where an infant was sleeping merely a meter away this was completely unacceptable. The owner would use the pool area at his own leisure which was a put off as well as the spa being so heavily chlorinated that you could smell it from the balcony of the apartment! All this being said, we were extremely disappointed with this accommodation, we will never return and we hope people think twice about booking in the future.

Highly recommend this place for families visiting Noosa. The apartment was a 3 bedroom (4 bedrooms if you count the sofa beds on the mezzanine) and plenty of living space. You can’t find that amount of space on Hastings St. Location was outstanding, being only a very short walk into Hastings St and Noosa main beach. The apartment contained everything we needed, including all the things to make and serve Christmas lunch for a large family. And the host Patrick was very accomodating with a late check out and early check in, which is very rare to get in busy season.

We booked last minute and Patrick promptly replied to inform us our villa was ready and air-con was on. These villas are amazing . Everything you need is available inside .The place is spotless and maintained pristinely to a very high standard . Location wise you are within mins of the beach and shopping areas . I would highly recommend. Patrick and Julie were fabulous hosts and were available at all times to care to any of our needs or enquires . We will definitely be back in the near future . Fantastic location... easy walk to Hastings St or use the free loop bus. Apartments have everything, clean, well equipped, check in and out seamless. The owner/managers live on site, Patrick and Julie, wonderful couple. Would we stay again.... absolutely

My wife and I stayed at Noosa Boutique Apartments for 5 days and I have to say it was 5 star. Great location, great room, and two of the most welcoming resort managers I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Paddy and Julie's relaxed charm made us feel completely welcome and at ease. The welcome sign says 'unpack unwind' which I think sums up the feeling you get when you stay at this resort. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

Well appointed ,roomy and comfortable with great location We had the three bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms It was very clean and well stocked with basics for tea coffee etc Easy walk to the beach river and many restaurants and shops Would definitely book the apartment again when we next go to Noosa

Best location just off Hastings Street. With a flat 500m walk to Hastings Street and the beach this location is excellent, without the Hastings Street premium. The Hampton style design of Apt 1 is fresh and very upmarket. I’ve lost count at how many times we’ve stayed here and we will continue to come back when visiting Noosa. The managers are always helpful and nothing is too much problem. Just book into the restaurants early to avoid disappointment.

This place was a great location for us. Walking distance to Hastings street but far enough out that you felt like you were on a holiday. The pool was a big hit with our little one, and it was easy to access outside the apartment. Really spacious and clean inside we felt instantly at home. Patrick was amazing in helping us check in early and check out late so we really made the most out of our holiday! Would highly recommend and we will be back.

Thank you so much Patrick for a wonderful stay in one of your apartments! We had number 5, which was huge and had all the facilities we needed! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and warm. We really enjoyed the short walk into town each evening too and it was so kind of you to share lots of tips about what to see and do and where to eat in Noosa.
