Centrally located. Shuttle bus services available to bring us to popular locations, very convenient. Has everything in the hotel. Liked the fact there’s a quiet estate beside the hotel and you can do your morning walks around it. Staffs are very kind, friendly and helpful.

A nice spot for a quick weekend getaway. It’s got a nice spa and rooftop views.

First of all, the food was terrible. The bread given for the hi-tea is stale and the juices are all syrup. Secondly, the service was bad. We had to change room because of a faulty circuit and it took them so long to give us the replacement room (4:20pm). What’s more, they did not agree to our request for a refill of the minibar on our second day, even though it would be the same price if we had booked the 2 nights separately and would have gotten two sets of minibar items. Such rigidity of the management. Special mention of a guy named Redho when we visited the executive lounge at Level 15. His face was so disgruntled as if we owed him money. How can he get selected to work in a supposedly top notch hotel in Batam when there are so many more eager unemployed people begging in the streets who would be very willing to learn, I don’t know. The price paid for this stay is extremely not worth it. Terrible and we won’t stay here again for sure.

Overall it is good The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities so far are so good the room space is wide too. Maybe due to the festive season . Breakfast was king queued but luckily it extended the hour for guests. But hope the breakfast option can have different daily. Location is a bit out from the town need, but they do provide shuttle service to the centre. The hotel also provides a big slice of cake and room decoration to surprise us for the birthday celebration 🎉

The hotel room is amazing. But the location a bit far from centre. However, the breakfast served is really an adding point for all these😌😌😌

The hotel was the same as shown in the pictures. Surrounded by lush greenery and a lake. A perfect weekend getaway

Room we’re in has many issues; cooler not cooling; entrance light not working; TV volume can’t adjust,  aircon not cold. Food is average, wished they have more quality selections; shuttle bus timing and size can’t cater to guests at all as reservations have to be made ahead of time (and if shuttle bus service is fully booked) you have to arrange for your own transportation to and from terminals like in our case

Had a great stay with friendly services from the team. Wide selection of breakfast consisting of both local and international delicacies, enjoyed the live stations (eggs & asian noodle) the most! Thank you for making my stay here a splendid one :)

The breakfast buffet spread was great and food tasted fantastic. Check in was a breeze. The inhouse massage is excellent and pool offers a nice view of the lake. Location is about 20min from Batam Centre.

This was our second time visit this hotel after Covid . First time was during Covid before sg close boarder . The first time impressions was super , they give us a big room with high floor , it was so beautiful , amazing , clean . So this round my 46th birthday we decide to choose 5days 4night stay . I had special requests on trips to hotel . I specifically say I do not want corner room as I am very sensitive to the last room of the hotels . On the arrival day , they supposed to pick me at the ferry but the rude service staff name of Nuryana , she ask me to take a taxi myself . That’s a red flag , u r treating a customer we visit second time for her birthday who stay not just one night but 4 nights to self taking a taxi myself . Ok it’s fine Check in they give me the last corner room n low floor ….. I have stated I wanted a high floor n I don’t want a corner room but they give me all the opposite request. Very disappointed this round visit . The house keeping is good 👍, they r doing a good job in cleaning up . The resturant is good . Both level 1,2,15th floor resturants all have better service than the front desk . Lastly I do hope that the hotel would improve on their front desk staff services . Do take note on customers little request . Don’t just give the opposite stuffs that we specifically stated we do not want .

Good hotel with large spaces but a bit far from city center. Lobby is currently under renovation.

Hotel was nice. There was some construction going on, for upgrading. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Had a good stay.

Attentive, cheerful and friendly staff members. Service and facilities were great, and the food was good too.. although the stay was just a little too short, we were happy with the overall experience and will definitely be back soon 😊
