Staff is awesome 🤘 Food is good Best hotel to stay Location is good It is so pleasant to stay Room were clean and staff is cooperative whenever we call staff they come even at 4 am to clean rooms I suggest everyone to stay here Wifi was also available and perfect

No A/C working. Tap water smelling badly Staff at reception behaviour was terrible Room service was too much delayed 1st denied the request for room change and finally it was at 12 mid night. I waited for 2 hours to get A/C working but finally requested for room changes

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!!! Arrived the hotel at 1:15am (night) because of a flight delay. Informed the reception at 7pm about the delay. Booked through Agoda and the entire payment was already done for a room with kingsize bed for 2 people to stay. Upon arrival the person at the reception (RATIKANT SAHU- pictures attached) gave us the key to a room which looked like a Dormitory ( 3 separate beds, bad condition, no phone line, bathroom far away). We have paid close to 5k for this room, we showed the booking again and asked for clarification. His response- "Aapne kuch galat book kiya hoga. Jao Agoda se complain kar do. I don't care". Upon debating with him asking to give us the room we had booked, he said "I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANY ROOM. JAO KAR LO JO KARNA HAI". Now mind you it was 1:30am, the location of the hotel is very secluded and we were a couple (highlighting that a lady was being stranded at the middle of the night, even after paying for the room). We complained to call the cops as we have the right to our pre-paid room. He said "JO KARNA HAI KAR LO". After a lot of requesting, he gave us another room that was available with the condition that we check out at 11AM the next morning. But the official check out was at 12NOON and it was mentioned in the booking summary. He threatened us to vacate at 11am only as a condition to which he will give us the room. We had to accept it as we had no where else to go at the middle of the night. Guys- I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS RUN BY GOONS. THEY GIVE OUT THE PRE-BOOKED ROOMS TO OTHERS FOR MONEY AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO THROW YOU OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT EVEN IF YOU BOOK AND PAY FOR A SPECIFIC ROOM BEFOREHAND. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
