Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was attentive. Onsen has both inside and outside section and not only they provided standard amenities, they also had shampoo and soap bar on top which was very special. Breakfast had lots of variety and delicious but not many sashimi choice. Overall pleasant stay

Hotel includes dinner and breakfast. Dining is at the "food hall", buffet style. Not including the study drinks yen 350. There is a kids corner on the right when entering the cashier counter. The room was on. Japanese style. Maybe due to the environment, the room looks tired. All mental parts were badly rushed in toilet. Car parking is behind the hotel up the hill. Walking to the hell valley is a good 10-15 walk up hill. Could just drive up and park for yen 500. Overall the place was OK, just old feeling

The price was reasonable as it includes both breakfast and dinner. The dinner is really good, we will definitely choose this hotel again

Love the location of the hotel. Near bus station. Walk distance to famous hell valley and many shop around it. The hot spring is good. The staff was nice and friendly.

The buffet dinner and breakfast have a lot of choices. Rooms were abit old but it's ok. Onsen was great

Old hotel but ok for the price point. Check in strictly at 3pm the Japanese room you have to layout your own mat. Food is ok not as big variety as the one at the end of the street. Open bath is small also.

Delicious Japanese-style buffet breakfast & dinner with various food choice. Counter staff are friendly & helpful to answer my queries. Spacious Japanese style room that we feel comfortable.

We requested for futon Room during booking and our request were fulfilled, happy with this. We were allowed to park our car in the carpark an hour earlier before check in which is a plus for their service. Hotel provided snow brush for cars. Servants are helpful and always greeting. Our futon beds are neatly ready to lay when we're back from dinner. Overall cleanliness is good. Public pool is good experience for my kids especially during snowing. We are happy with the buffet dinner and breakfast purchased during booking.

Though a bit dated, hotel is still great. Location is good cos it is right infront of the bus terminal Dinner is excellent

Near Noboribetsu, you can enjoy fireworks from the hotel during the summer.

Nice Onsen and close to the highlight place.but breakfast finish too early like 9:00pm .So good for stay next time.😊

We were happy with the hotel and we had an enjoyable stay. Staff were helpful, amenities provided, breakfast was yummy, onsen was good and the mountain view was lovely.
