母親が車いすを使っており、バリアフリーの部屋を希望だったため、直接こちらへ問い合わせ予約をとりました。お値段も良心的で、バリアフリールームはシングル部屋の二つ合わせた広々とした部屋で、車いすがそのままユニットバスへ入ることができる特別ルームでした。車いすを利用する家族がいるものにとっては、とてもありがたく、感謝しかなかった。食事も車いすで行くと、他の客に邪魔にならないような場所を確保でき、ゆっくりと食事ができました。 上の階には大浴場もありましたが、さすが、身障者の母はそちらは利用できませんでしたが、部屋の風呂場の洗い場がとても広く（車いすがそのまま入るので（トイレとお風呂は一緒））とにかく奇麗で母も安心しながらゆったりと身体を洗うことができ、今回は初めて車いすを使うようになってからの旅行でしたので、こんなに安心して宿泊できる施設があったことに、大変ありがたく、感謝しかありません。駐車場利用も、ホテルの目の前の車いす専用のパーキングに停めさせていただくことができ、ただただありがたかったです。スタッフの方々に感謝です
