Location was good, where the ski is in-front of the hotel. Free Shuttle bus every 30mins to Hirafu and Kutchan JR station. Breakfast was very nice. Bathroom is super outdated, not clean enough. Rooms are very big! Outdoor onsen was the best!!

The hotel located at Niseko Village. Here you can get everything from ski resort to nice village. The hotel itself very well maintain. Room is nice and clean.

Perfect location right next to their own ski school. Lobby is cosy, the facilities and services are as well as they used to be.

The room was standard Hilton. Ski in ski out, and have very convenient shuttle services to connect with other resorts. Staffs are very nice and professional, a well balanced global team make passengers from different places feel like home. One the other light worth to mention was the TEA ceremony holds by a tea master from Kyoto. Since Hokkaido was famous because it’s dairy products, i didn’t expect run into such a thing here. The tea master really puts a lot of thought into how to make the guests feel the authentic Japanese tea culture. The process wasn’t too complicated for foreigners to follow, and it will amazingly put you in a zen peace mode, like a sort of meditation. Worth to stop by if you stay there.

Skiing right at the doorstep of the hotel. However no communication on the perks that hotel guests are eligible for until we enquire at the ski ticketing counter. Guests can access the 2 gondola lines for free - luckily we didn’t buy tickets prior

Hotel location is not near Niseko city centre & main ski center, however it has its own skiing field which is smaller. Hotel has shuttle to city centre & free parking & onsen, breakfast venue has beautiful snow view. Recommended!

Was good for snowboarding and skiing with gondola & ski in ski out. A room a bit old , breakfast was good . Services was good

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. Nice place to stay ❤️😌 expecially staff from Melt n front desk. Definitely will come back next year.

My best experience ever. The buffet breakfast was insanely delicious and various. The mt youtei view from my room was and still memorable for me. For me as solo traveler, was perfect choice to stay there and for sure will come back there in the future.

Good service n nice skiing experience

Overall. satisfied with this NIseko Village hotel, with complimentary hotel shuttle bus for easy access to other spots. Gondola is just next to hotel side entrance, convenient for ski and other winter sports.
