We stayed 3 nights in the hotel. While the location and the privacy met our expectations, the hotel is definitely not a 5*. It hasn’t been renovated for a long time, I almost fell off from the treadmill because it hasn’t been oiled for ages. Food is terrible, my husband and I got food sick during our stay. The food is very low quality and super oily with limited healthy options. Furthermore, it’s crazy overpriced for such low quality. Service was initially good, but regular miscommunications due to the level of English resulted in a painful check-out experience. Additionally they didn’t show interest that we were not happy with the check-out process or the feedback on the food as they didn’t even ask any details at check-out. Such a pity, it could be really a beautiful place.

My Birthday Present got stolen!!! My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days (5/12/24 to 5/14/24) to celebrate my birthday. We got 2 villas, my husband and I stayed in #29 and my friends in #30. Everything went perfect; foods, services and the views was remarkable except it is very hotttt they need more A/C. However, everything is ruinned because my Jellycat Keychain got stolen on the night of 13th. It was not really valueable item but I cant stand for stealing. I cant imagine this happening in a 5-Stars Resort. My husband yelled at me and said nobody gonna steal an unvalueable item and he also explained that if someone wanna steal they gonna steal something more valueable such as watch, purse, etc. He calmed me down and we decieded to find it again. After 2 hours searching the villa and we couldnt see it. We contacted Thao (our host) and she could not do anything. She said that their housekeeping have been in this industry for years and this never happen before. So, are they trying to say that we are lying about the keychain which cost only $30??? I know this aint gonna go anywhere or got resolved because they will Never-Ever admit that they steal it. I just wanna leave this review to get others attention and protect your items at all cost. We loved everything about our vila. Every staff, including our butler, Mr. An was so sweet. The activities were very fun and relaxing. The food option was good as well. We would most definitely come back for another stay in the future!

It is the best place where you can come to relax and retreat. I will come there again.

服務很好，Ann管家會少許中文人很好。院子很大，房間與隔壁間隔也寬，私密性沒得説。但院子大門和各房間確實沒門鎖，帶娃出來總覺得少了些安全感。其次如果想出門就是海灘方便娃玩的話這個島不是太適合，房間這邊的是礁石，沙子也粗，海水深不易小童遊玩，哪怕是公共沙灘也是粗沙子，不易赤腳。晚上海邊酒吧有免費的電影及桌球類可玩，島上也有很多其他免費的項目，出海釣魚和浮潛及其他另外收費。島上一共30多個房間，餐廳也衹有一家，費用自然也不低，但菜品還可以。總得來説價格還是稍貴，感覺更適合朋友，情侶來玩。帶娃珍珠島會更適合些

房間非常原生態 景色非常不錯 公區維護非常得當 早餐也合適 這裏強烈推薦預約户外徒步活動 另一方面房間設施確實老舊（這裏需要注意部分門鎖已有些變形 容易夾到手）備品的質量控制需要提高（點名牙刷）總體來説定價略有些高了 知道是老物業 但這樣的價格應該維護的更好一些

가장 마음에 들었던 점은 어떤 음식을 주문해도 맛있었다는 점, 비가 많이 와서 조금 무서웠어요

진짜 날씨가 너무너무너무 더워서 호텔 내에서 할 수 있는 프로그램도 없고 식당도 너무 덥고.. 네이버 블로그 후기 보고 더워봤자 얼마나 덥겠어 했지만 너무 더워서 아무것도 할수가 없었다. 룸서비스는 세상 너무 느리고 레스토랑 대머리 직원은 대처가 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 가장 좋았던건 로비 레스토랑에 뷰이다! 하지만 즐기기에는 너무 덥다 !!! 운좋게 선풍기라도 있으면 다행이지만 없더라면 너무 덥다 ㅠㅠ

전날 새벽 비행기로 와서, 그 다음날 랄리아에서 1박하고 나왔는데 정신없이 나트랑 도착하고 살짝 시내구경 한 후에 랄리아에서 여유롭게 놀면서 쉬니까 너무 좋았어요. 숙소도 좋고, 모든 직원들이 다 친절했어요. 자전거 타고 돌아 다니고, 낚시도하고, 수영도 마음껏하고 추천합니다. 밥값이나 그런게 한국물가랑 비슷해서 점심 저녁 먹었는데 13만원 정도 나왔어요. 저는 1박정도가 딱 좋았던거 같아요 ㅎ

다 좋아요! 나트랑에서 휴양 하시려면 여기 완전 강추!!!!! 조용하고 자연소리 밖에 못들어서 넘 힐링 하고 가요!!! 먹을 거는 캐리어에 담으 오시길!! 체크인 할 때 다 뺏기고 체크아웃때 돌려 받아요!!!!! 라면 꼭 꼭 꼭!!!!!!!캐리어에 담아 가세요!!!!

環境非常不錯，作為度假來説完全足夠，衹是沙灘有點硌腳。 服務一般，管家很少出現，也就入住和退房的時候出現了。 衹有一個餐廳，味道還可以，選擇也多。

딱히 시설이나 이용할 프로그램 없었어요 사람이 없고 프라이빗해서 넘 좋았어요 개인집사는 친절한데 레스토랑 직원들은 진짜 별루

寧凡灣的酒店，臨海獨棟別墅，整個酒店就30多間房，所以即使春節來，也很清靜，整體風格野奢、避世，適合喜歡度假的人來。酒店中國人不多，主要以歐美人，韓國人，越南本地人為主。 對接的管家叫Jayce，服務非常好，反應快，英文流利，交流很順暢，好評。 缺點也有，酒店開業時間長，所以房間設施比較過時，但是瑕不掩瑜，別墅面積非常大，是很特別的房型感受。另外我們一家三口都覺得酒店的飯菜質量一般。 最後強烈推薦一下酒店的叢林徒步，一定要參加，特別的地貌，特別的體驗，帶着6歲的孩子很喜歡，這個活動在三亞或泰國都體驗不到。

很漂亮的酒店，我們的管家是個很好很帥氣的小夥子，服務也非常的熱情和貼心，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店經理也很好，對我們提的小建議都給予了很積極的反饋。 這次拖家帶口的去海邊度假，家裡老的小的對這家酒店都很滿意，留下了很美好的記憶。 如果英語基本交流沒問題，真的非常推薦這家酒店，性價比很高。 需要注意的是，餐食份量比較大，建議點餐少點一點。
