I’ll admit, I didn’t expect much when I booked this hotel—I chose it mainly for its convenient location near a conference I was attending. But wow, was I wrong to underestimate it! While the building might seem a bit dated at first glance, what truly makes this place shine are the people, the service, and the thoughtful details. From the spotlessly clean room and fantastic shower to the delicious free breakfast, every aspect of my stay was impressive. But what really motivated me to write this review was the **exceptional kindness** of the front office staff. One staff member went above and beyond—helping me with my laundry and even offering a **free late checkout until 6 PM** when my flight was delayed. That level of sincerity and hospitality is rare, and it made my stay unforgettable. Honestly, even luxury chains like the Marriott or Hyatt couldn’t compare to the warmth and care I experienced here. If you’re looking for a place that delivers **real value** and heartfelt service, don’t hesitate—this hotel is worth every penny!

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in counter. Location is good too. Despite outside of the hotel looks run down, room condition is still very good. Have a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to others.

Broken TV, broken walls, looking out to a dumping ground, unacceptable noise level, etc. Overall a very poorly managed hotel. No attraction nearby.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area with Wanda Plaza being a 10 minute walk and lots of restaurants along the street of where the hotel is located. The temperature in the rooms is controlled by the hotel so sometimes it was too warm in the rooms. But overall, very helpful and kind staff, easy access to food and malls!

Comfortable stay for family, good service, provide night time dessert

Room is big and clean if a bit old. But it's cheap, so no complaints there. About 10-12 minutes walk to the metro station

It’s one of amazing hotels I have been in. In terms of of location, services, cleanness, variety of food in breakfast and reception services response. Everything was wonderful and nice. The rooms are big with enough space equipped with all requested amenities and comfortable beds. I really very recommend this luxury hotel guys. You won’t regret.🌹🌹🌹👍👍👍

Old Hotel in a great location, room are very big, price is amazing. Might need a bit improvement especially in lobby area to make it look like a better hotel.

Spacious rooms perfect for business travellers. Great location, just 15 mins away from the airport and railway station.

The staff were helpful and attentive. They attended to our requests such as room service and a simple request for bottles of water. The room was big enough for a family of four. It’s also well-lit because of the big window. We liked our view as well. The location is well-situated to some major places such as Wanda Mall, the subway line and the Ningbo museum. We had fun!

Their facility and service are good, and staff are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend to friends.
