Location is convenient based on personal needs so for me the location was as expected. Cleanliness and facilities were okay, the room and public areas show quite a lot of wear and tear but still okay for the room price. Service unfortunately I cannot give an average rating anymore because basically there was no service. Hardly anyone is greeting you, during breakfast the only question I have been asked throughout my breakfast was regarding my room number when I entered the restaurant. You find an empty table by yourself, nobody offers you coffee or tea and nobody ever cleans the used plates from the table. So there is no service happening at all. Disappointing.

Well located with plenty of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Room was excellent and breakfast perfectly fine.

Enjoyed our stay… staff very friendly and helpful. Location great as many restaurants very close. Large mall across street had lots of activities for young children. View from hotel was great light show on buildings at night. Was excited as children’s library was right across from hotel but when went to visit was not open yet but looks like will be soon.

Nice cute hotel in front of the cultural center, even the hard ware of the hotel is but outdated, but service is great, front desk are very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my stay there;)

Staff was not helpful. Needed help from front desk but to no avail. Did not solve my problem. Room Aircon was not working well. Felt stuffy and temperature was hot. Couldn’t adjust the room temperature! I called the front desk for assistance. They send technician to check on the Aircon but again he didn’t rectify the issue. Instead he told me to open the window to get cold air. I do not agree as I have no privacy and it will be quite noisy as the hotel is close to the highway. I requested change of room instead. I have never encounter such unpleasant stay in Langham Place. I used to stay in your hotel in Hong Kong and other part of the world. Zhejiang Langham need to improve on their service. Thank you. 前段時間到寧波出差，入住朗豪酒店，前台的Yves禮貌熱情真的讓我印象深刻。辦理入住時熱情又高效，迅速幫我安排好了房間。禮賓的Charles還貼心提醒我酒店的早餐時間和周邊的交通情況，把行李拿到房間，後來遇到些問題也是立刻幫忙解決，專業又耐心。在他們的幫助下，這次出差都變得更順利了，必須點贊！

酒店周圍有不少著名景點，地理位置絕佳,晚上非常熱鬧夜景很好. 前台工作人員Amber和Susan服務熱情，細緻周到 酒店內設有停車場，游泳池，健身房，酒吧等一系列設施,就餐環境非常好，餐飲也是豐富多彩. 房間設施應有盡有，衞生乾淨整潔無死角 隔音更絕了,該酒店的性價比非常高，不論是出差還是旅遊這個酒店都是不二之選.
