The place is good and the front desk people are very kind however I was disappointed because there were work in progress in the resort and was really noisy. I wake up at 6.30 am because they were working right in front of our villa. And could not take an afternoon nap for the same reason 😔. I went there to enjoy a quiet environment and was noiser than my place in town! I advised trip to highlight the situation so when someone book is aware of it and decide if want to go there anyway.

It was a nice experience. Well mannered staff.

The hotel has big, spacious rooms and a nice swimming pool. It could do with more facilities for recreation as there’s not much to do in the area. More food options would also be beneficial. Overall, a nice stay.

The resort and room are beautiful. We went for 1 night just to use the pool. The pool was lovely and huge. I was shocked how cold the air conditioner in the room was because it was so hot outside. This made me so happy. We rented a golf cart to ride around for 80 rmb for 30 minutes. That was fun. The room was great and bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. It was a nice weekend but honestly I wouldn’t return. You can only spend so much time in the pool and there is nothing else to do around the hotel. If you like sitting in nature and reading a book or meditating you will love the place.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, and Cheng Erhui was very helpful in getting us settled and helping us get back home. The room was spacious and well appointed, and the temperature was perfect for a hot summer's day. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff helped us choose food based on our preferences. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of savoury and sweet food, and a range of drinks. We'll definitely go back.

The hotel was big and clean, not much to do in the facility besides the pool which is great. If you staying far in you have to wait for a shuttle to fetch you as its quite far from the reception area.

Lovely location and lovely,, large, comfortable, clean room. You step out of the hotel and you’re in the middle of nature, and near a very beautiful part of the lake. The service was great too. They brought fruit, yoghurt, biscuits and drinks as gifts. I definitely want to go back. There were two negative points: the outdoor swimming pool was not open until the 1st July, so I couldn’t use this facility. The information about amenities of the hotel did not put the opening dates of the swimming pool, so this was a huge disappointment. Also, there is a fridge in the room that is really only a cooling box, and didn’t really make the drinks cool at all.

這個酒店真的讚的沒話説了，像是個景區一樣，在酒店就可以溜達一天，還能欣賞東錢湖的景色。 最關鍵酒店寵物友好，裏面有個很大的草坪，超級贊，毛孩子可以跑一跑，而且空氣非常清新。 來到這酒店真的像度假一樣，有山，有湖有亭台樓閣，服務也很到位，早餐也美味。

酒店很美，房間乾淨整潔，很喜歡這個酒店，以後來還會入住。 但是入住過程中有些小細節有待改進，希望在新的IHG旗下，員工服務意識和酒店小設施能夠提升： 1． 我們住的玉蘭苑，就在前台旁邊，入住時發現進入這棟樓必須要走有10幾格台階，對拿行李的人不是很方便。而且我們進樓的時候，客房部的一個員工推着一大堆毛巾的推車從這10幾格台階下樓，非常的辛苦，途中還有很多毛巾掉落。建議酒店增加一個斜坡方便住客和工作人員負重時出入。 2． 我們的房間沒有洗手液，也沒有肥皂，洗手衹能去淋浴房用沐浴液。 3． 房間電話標識不清。按“客房服務”和“前台”鍵都沒有反應，衹能自己跑去前台。前台説應該按“0” 4． 晚上想要加一條被子，被告知酒店今日滿房，被子都借完了。為什麼不能每間房配一條被子？ 5． 早餐太單調，不符合IHG集團的配置。咖啡機衹有一台，經常缺水，缺咖啡豆，需要服務員不停加水 總的來説，酒店硬件都很好，員工也都非常友好禮貌，但是有些細節還沒有達到國際連鎖水平。聽説酒店剛剛加盟IHG集團，希望之後酒店能夠越做越好，下次來東錢湖還會入住，順便比較下有沒有改進。

最近入住這家酒店體驗感超棒，服務也很好，給小吳管家點贊，有求必應，房間佈置的也不錯，很温馨，衞生也乾淨，房間佈置得温馨雅緻，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠。早餐種類豐富。風景絕美，性價比高，下次出差或旅行還會選擇這裏！

房間不錯，衞生也沒有問題。 整個酒店還在裝修中，油漆味非常重，嗓子疼。 公共設施也沒有修完，基本衹有客房。 星期日早上七點就開始裝修打電鑽吵的睡不着，我是來度假休息的，比上班還早就被吵醒。和前台提出這個情況，回覆衹是酒店還在裝修，麻煩體諒。如果週日一早要裝修，那我入住的時候為何不提前説一下。

這個假期很愉快，預訂了這家酒店，風景極好，小吳管家提前就做好了安排，幫我預訂好燒烤套餐時間，是在湖邊，風景很不錯，露營的感覺，體驗感很好，燒烤味道也很棒，酒店工作人員服務都很熱情，房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全。小吳管家也很優秀細心，下次一定還會再來的！

這家酒店環境和服務都很不錯，特別是管家小吳提前聯繫，服務很到位👍🏻酒店各方面都挺不錯，天很好，很適合來玩，環境優美空氣清新，晚上還有燈光秀，酒店旁邊就是東錢湖，韓玲老街，店內停車也很方便，很nice ！

酒店很大，工作人員服務態度也很好，都是別墅形式的，夜晚都開了燈光超級美，早晨起床空氣清新到不行，感覺住一晚人都精神不少，下次有機會來寧波的話還是會選擇這家酒店。
